Breakfast was easy to access. The menu options were better than average. It would have been nice to have had melon or pineapple as an additional fruit option. The apple and orange juices were really good.

The sausages were a little tough two days and the toasters seemed to take a long time to brown the bread. Also, we did have a mouse visit our room on our second day. This was reported to staff.

It's locations near the main thoroughfare makes getting around very easy. Across from the hotel is a riverfront park and walkway. It's a delightful walk with plenty of trees and local flora. Although the pol is too small for swimming, it's a good size for children who need to cool of and have some fun

The lighting in the room was inadequate . It was an adventure trying out the light switches and the lamps. ,For this price point, the breakfast was barely adequate.. If you're looking forward to a good swim you will be disappointed. The pool is too small

Room 501 has nice view. Bed was comfortable. Shower/ bathtub is above average. Liquid hand soap and body wash provided instead of useless / wasteful bars of soap

Breakfast was OK. Coffee/ tea was mediocre and creamer selection was inadequate - no almond milk or oat milk, and the carnation nondairy creamer tasted like it was bad or just about to go bad. Bed Sheets had a funny smell - like antiseptic(?)

It's a newer property so things are still quite fresh and pleasant. The breakfast is very good with scrambled eggs and cinnamon rolls. There is a laundry room. And it's a 1 mile very pleasant walk to the train station. The train into Manhattan takes about an hour

It's quite a distance from any of the main highways tucked into the Hudson Valley close to the river side

The location is convenient to both outdoor spaces (riverfront and ball fields) as well as the train station. Also centrally located to other NY locations I was personally interested in visiting.

Ac unit located above side door dripped right outside door and caused a messy, slippery area.

Nice and quiet

Housekeeping staff came knocking on my door and opened the door at 9am before checkout time and came back at 11am knocking on the door. I felt like my privacy was invaded and it shows that there was miscommunication among the staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional with a lot of variety. My room was clean and updated with everything I needed (fridge, microwave, safe, sofa, TV.). It was in a good location. Very close to a beautiful park near the river. Safe. I was traveling alone.

The new pool rules are a bit much, but understandable! The temperature of the pool was too cold even though it is July it would have been nice for the pool to be warmer.

The breakfast was good. The facility was quiet. The staff were amazing.

Wished there had been waffles. Did not like that. A staff member had to stay in the pool. I felt like I was inconveniencing them.

There was nothing to not like. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was super clean and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was better than expected. Nice selection of items on the menu.
