A good hotel for a family holiday, located on the 2nd line from the sea. The beach is very close, clean, cozy. There is also a swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. We liked the breakfasts, for every taste, Vietnamese and European dishes, very good coffee and lots of fruits. Nearby is a fairly cheap restaurant with very decent cuisine, lots of fruits and seafood.

Wow the room so clean and sunset view. Although it is a 3-star hotel, the service is very good, the breakfast is extremely delicious. One more thing is that the staff are extremely enthusiastic and friendly. They are ready to help you during your time here. If you want to stay in a 3-star hotel in the city center at a low cost, this is a great choice!

The staff provided excellent service! The breakfast was very good and the pool was lovely. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The beach near the hotel is a bit rough,this didn't stop many from enjoying wave jumping. This was not for me, but the sunset views were phenomenal.

The first room we were given had a very strong damp smell that was unpleasant. We spoke to the receptionist and the staff was so nice and quick to accommodate us into a new room. We enjoyed our week stay in the new room. If you are not happy with the room, speak to the staff, and they will act quickly to find a solution! So overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

A lovely hotel in a good location, rooms are large and spacious I stayed in the main building. Rooms are large, clean and nicely laid out, bonus of having several English speaking movie channels and sport. The pool is clean and sunbeds plentiful (most people seem to go to the nearby beach). The gym is tired with old equipment. The breakfast is excellent and varied plus they make great omelettes. It’s a pity the skybar was only open one day out of the 7 I was there as the bar area and view are stunning. Other than that, Enjoyed my stay

I liked literally everything. I especially want to note the work of the kitchen - I give the highest score. The work of the reception frankly lowered the overall rating - it's a pity!

Front desk staff need additional instructions from the hotel manager. Guests should not be reminded several times to change towels, remove trash bags, and refill water and coffee!

The hotel is very nice, and it has a great location about 200 m from the main street. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I booked a few tickets via the front desk to avoid queues at some attraction, very easy via WhatsApp, and pay later in the hotel. The prices are the same or some are a little bit less. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel. Overall I can only recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Proximity to the beach is great, just a minutes walk. And several restaurants nearby. Room cleaning could use some help, housekeeping not great at removing the dust. The room itself is fine with blackout curtains, comfortable bed , cold AC and plenty of hot water. The only downside were the unattended children at the pool. It would be great if management would enforce the pool rules. Other than that, pool was clean and nice to swim in on those hot days with plenty of sun beds, umbrellas and pool towels.

Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning and replacing items.

It was close to the beach, cafes and a good bar that featured local musicians.

We booked here as they advertised a lift ( I have a heart condition so walking up stairs poses a problem) we were given a room in a part of the hotel not serviced by a lift and not shown in the advertising. Fortunately when we requested a room change we were moved to the building which had a lift.

The room was nice a spacious

We thought it was beach front which it is not. The resort needs a bit of TLC around the gym area and lead up to the rooms. Spare bedding and bits and pieces laying around for all to see. The gym area is a disaster of normalisation. Just a wee bit of care needed.

We were upgraded..was thoroughly impressed by the clean linen, fresh towels, clean bathroom and most of all, the most comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good..changed every morning..Staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended 👌 Surrounded by cafes and local food. Minutes walk to the beach
