Breakfast was plentiful. The cereal, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, toast, muffins, etc, all were worth having the continental breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel location was okay and I didn't mind the ten minutes it took to get into town. Complimentary cookies every night from 8-9pm.

The eggs and pancakes could use some work with the continental breakfast.

The front of house manager was wonderfully helpful. I asked for an early check in to accommodate my work schedule. She assisted me by enrolling me in IHG rewards so I would be eligible. I was able to check in a little early, set up and be working for a good part of the day—beats working from Starbucks!

Breakfast had many options. Everything was very good. A staff member came in to check and said Good Morning. Very nice.

I had booked 3 rooms. We wanted to be close, but one room was very far from us. Perhaps this was due to booking 3 king rooms, there were no others available near the other 2 (?).

Great place to stay. Great breakfast, great rooms, free cookies, and probably the best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at! Great pool and hot tub area!

It wasn’t on the water….but the lake was only 5 minutes away. Nothing negative to say about this place.

Entire staff was pleasant, professional and engaged in customer service and experience.

Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were clean. Pool was indoors and heated. Staff were always happy to help. Location was great close to restaurants, stores, gas stations, and the expressway was literally around the corner.

I've stayed at this holiday inn multiple times now and it's lived up to a standard I am use to expecting at a holiday inn. Friendly staff, room was clean and wifi worked out great. I would recommend this location to other if needed.

It was one of the few hotels in the area, so my options were limited. I tend to normally stay at marriots, but with that being said. The holiday inn in lundington far exceeding my expectations. I would recommend and will stay there again.

What I liked about the property is the friendly staff. Being a single mom with two boys can be a challenge but, the staff put us on the first floor which made it a lot easier to bring our bags in and made sure we had everything we needed.

There isn't anything that I didn't like about this property.

Location to beach is good Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness at this location is always excellent!

Price was high for mid-week we were checked in Wednesday and Thursday
