Room was clean, location is perfect. Just outside of downtown Ludington so on the quiet side but a few minutes drive to the heart of some perfect touristy spots - wouldn’t reccomend staying if you’re looking forward to the ‘adults only’ hour at the pool.

I really really didn’t want to complain or try to knock off some money off my total stay but please - PLEASE enforce the policy if it’s stated. It was a key part of why we booked with this property and we were able to stomach all but a half hour of being in the pool while two children did belly flops and cannon balls a couple feet from where my partner and I were attempting to use the pool. An employee even had to step in because they were hanging off of the handicap equipment - but said nothing about the fact that they shouldn’t even be in the pool area.

Clean, comfortable beds. Needs some firmer pillow options. Bathroom clean and lots of fresh towels. Asked staff for more tissue and t.p., received it right away. Pool and hot tub very nice addition to stay.

At first, had some opposition to processing a Canadian gift card, but it only took a few extra minutes. She was told by someone else not to, but customer service said there would be no issue and if needed call for help. It can't be prepaid or under a service like booking.com.

All the bathroom faucets, shower head, sink drained and worked properly. I'm currently in a Fairfield. It's nice enought but the sink, tub don't drain well and theshower lever is loose. It makes me appreciate the BW LAKEWINDS even more.

I needed a little freezer in the fridge. And would have loved being offered a bottle of water at check in as it was over 90 degrees outside.

The breakfast dining area was very comfortable. The offerings were spread out so that diners weren't standing on top of each other. There were ample seats for the diners

The numbering system within the hotel was somewhat confusing. Rooms with odd numbers were on one side of the hotel, even numbers on the opposite. We were on the 2nd floor. There were signs indicating "stairs" but those stairs only went to the 3rd floor.

Property was clean and good for price for the weekend

There was no more water in the bubbler on property and the water fountain didn’t work so our main problem was having to purchase bottled water! Additionally had a window from the hallway into our room so was a bit loud in the mornings

The receptionist when we checked in, as well as the receptionist in the mornings were both wonderful! Very cheerful and helpful and warm! The room was clean and well put together; nothing was broken or unkempt. Breakfast was great and it was one of our best experiences in Ludington (we've stayed at 6 different hotels in Ludington over the last several years) and we absolutely will be back.

One of the only small things was that the bread toasters didn't work the greatest (very slow) and the option of a bagel or muffin would have been nice but was still a great breakfast nonetheless!

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially in the breakfast room and front desk. Their recommendation for great dining was perfect. The room was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

We loved everything about the hotel and have no suggestions for improvement. They're doing everything right, in our opinion.

Continental breakfast was well stocked and good. Our room had two queen beds- the room was very clean and spacious. Family who had also booked a room with 2 queen beds had a much smaller room. The beds were very comfortable. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful!

We couldn't get near the area to eat any breakfast. There was probably 60 people in there. Pool and hot tub as well. Rooms were exceptionally clean, facility was extremely clean, the night manager was exceptionally professional and polite. The woman at the front desk (daytime) was not personable and acted inconvenienced when asked a question.

Good stay over all. Unfortunately, the elevator was down during our stay. We were on the 3rd floor so bringing bags in and out was a little more of a hassle but nothing major. The concierge was great and he did offer to help us bring in our bags due to the inconvenience.
