Front desk was extremely attentive. I loved that the maintenance workers were caring for the pool & hot tub making sure the pH levels were up to code. We had a really good conversation with them and they took us all about the best places to visit. And they were spot on! We witnessed a staff member making sure that the temperature of all the food was very hot and safe. He was also wearing gloves which was a big plus for me as I am extremely appreciative of cleanliness. The rooms were very clean. The pillows were so soft and comfortable! The housekeeping left a sweet little welcome note. And we loved the fact that you had coffee on premise 24 hours!. We are coffee lovers lol Highly recommend staying at this wonderful facility!

I like this hotel because this was the place that took me and my family in when another place ,which I'm not going to mention said that they don't take dogs. You were more than happy to take my dog in 😊this is our third time visiting your facility. We definitely will be back

I wish when booking that I would get charged the service charges instead of getting slammed when I come and get into the room. That's really my only complaint.

I really liked how clean the hotel was and how friendly the staff was. I brought my small dog with me and upon checking in the girl at the front desk made sure my room was close to an exit to make taking him outside easier. They also even had a fenced in dog area which was nice! Our room was very clean and comfortable the pool was perfect and also incredibly clean we stayed two nights and both mornings guys were in the pool room scrubbing the pool walls and making sure the pool and hot tub were clean! The hotel even smells nice while walking down the halls. I think the staff puts alot of dedication into making sure this hotel is comfortable for guests. Breakfast was good and we liked that there was also hot fresh coffee in the lobby. Also the arcade was really fun and so was the park we loved having a little something to do outside. We'll definitely be back for another stay!

I dont think there was anything we didn't like.

Consistent, clean and staff is very friendly. We don’t like the breakfast here, but we have our own things that we bring. And they have bottled water and tea and coffee all day plus they have cookies at night and they’re fresh baked. We also needed to wash clothes and they have a washer and dryer. Stayed here many times that I think it’s still our favorite place in Ludington for what we’re looking for.

I liked the seat by the door. I set our luggage on it. I liked having a complete bathroom: sink, mirror, toilet and shower all behind a closed door, Some places I have stayed only have a door for toilet and shower area. I also liked having the additional sink in the room.

Drain in bathroom sink was slow. The ice container and cups on a tray was in the bathroom on the bottom shelf under sink counter. I think that's a weird place for it. Put it out by the microwave and refrigerator.

We did not get up in time to enjoy the breakfast. Wish that would have gone a little later. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Dog barking at night near our room. Woke to a car alarm going off in the middle of the night on our last night there. Also a screaming baby a few rooms down in the middle of the night on our last night!

Beautiful, spacious room. Very clean and welcoming. This property is dog friendly which is a big plus. $10 extra for ours in August 2025. Check with them so you know. Breakfast is included and they have waffles. All in all, I’d stay there again and recommend it if you’re in the area.

Good reception work which cover all other problems. That's why 9 for this old hotel. Even people who clean the rooms tell you "good morning".

Must be repaired. Old smell at corridors. Short breakfast. Plastic folks and plates it's awful.

Everything, more pillows made it like we were sleeping at home. The couch in the was a bonus, was nice to sit together and watch tv, we hate sitting on the bed. It had all the amenities in the room, coffee maker, microwave, frig., so we didn’t have to go downstairs to lobby. Breakfast was good, I mention the bacon wasn’t cooked crispy enough for me and the young lady went and cooked some more for everyone and it was perfect. They need a tip jar, I tipped her for her efforts and caring.

The rooms were roomy, and comfortable. Had a fridge, microwave and a couch. Breakfast was great, eggs need some Work. Great variety of foods and the staff kept it stocked well.

The needed spring cleaning in corners and places that you wouldn't think about cleaning on a daily basis. Breakfast eggs were not great in my opinion. They were Watery!
