Clean, friendly environment, dog friendly, kid friendly. Everyone was very nice. I really liked the fact I could park right by my room and had individual access. I enjoyed having the sliding class door to open when it was nice out and enjoy natural light and a family friendly view. Very convenient to have the dog walking area with the poop bags and garbage can. Our room location was perfect.

I was unsure about cleaning the room with a dog. This was not a big deal because when I asked for anything I was provided, but it would be nice to get fresh garbage bags every other day.

The motel was clean and close to the beach and town. Housekeeping was great and made sure we had everything we needed each morning. They have a beautiful heated pool and a nice gas fire pit for cool evenings.

The person at the front desk wasn't very pleasant at check in or check out! We also had to pay some additional taxes of $32 at check in. (We have never had any additional charges before with Bookings.com.)

Clean. Close to beautiful Stearns Park and Beach. Pool. Fire pit. Picnic tables. Jr suite room had frig, microwave, dishwasher and looks like it was recently updated.

Staff member who took my call was less than empathetic or helpful when I called to ask for options on cancelling 1st night due to the death of my brother. She talked very fast and seems like her main goal is to get off the phone rather than take any extra steps to assist customers.

The location couldn’t be beat. Very close to downtown and the lighthouse and just a short drive to Ludington State Park and the other lighthouse and dam. The room was clean.

We were just unfortunate to be there while they were getting new roofing and we were on the top floor which made it very noisy in the daytime. Because of the roofing we couldn’t park in front of our room because of the roofers equipment. Our room had 2 double beds and the heating/air unit was right next to the bed I slept in. I had to turn the unit off because the air hit right in my face and it was loud because I was right next to it.

The room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette area was an added bonus that we will be keeping in mind for future trips to the area. The community room was a nice amenity; it had a fridge, stove/oven, tons of counter space, a few tables, and a tv; there were also grills placed around the property for guest use. The pool was perfect for our son.

We loved the location and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and nice.

The only thing that we didn’t like was that there was no sink in the bathroom. You had to come out and use the kitchen sink. The bathroom was big enough for a sink so not sure why there wasn’t one.

Older motel but very clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities like the pool and yard games. We didn’t use the pool or fire pit but others did. Within easy walking distance of the huge beach at the City Park. We will definitely come back to the area but most likely bring our camper and stay at the Ludington State Park.

The Saturday night clerk was short with answers. When we asked on our arrival of recommendation for place to eat, she said "Good Luck". We ended up finding an excellent pizza place. Sunday evening staff was excellent

The price was fantastic and the room was way better than I would've thought for a motel. The grounds were well kept and the property has a lot of fun things to do: gas fire pit, shuffleboard, pool, and corn hole! Loved the fridge and microwave with counter space. The only knock is the water is VERY hard, but that's not a fault of Nader's. Great place to stay!

There weren't any tissues in my room when I checked in. I wasn't sure if they provided them until day 2 when I asked. Should've asked sooner. A very small ding. The remote control for the TV in the living room had a broken button so finding a particular station (with a 3) was tricky. As mentioned, the water is too hard.

Great location near Stearns Park. I was worried about getting a “pet friendly room” for the first time but there was no evidence pets had stayed in there before, it was perfectly clean. There is a great yard area with doggie clean up station that was perfect for our dog, and I didn’t find random piles of poo anywhere on the property. Furthermore, the room was fairly updated/modern. Our room had vaulted ceilings.
