The room was clean. The manager/ Owner was very nice. The pool was refreshing. Easy parking. It was an older Motel but seemed to be well maintained. Overall a really enjoyable stay.

My room was facing directly west. Which meant the sun shone directly at my windows. There were curtains but I think the west facing rooms would benefit from blackout curtains especially on very hot summer days. The mini frig in the room froze everything I put in it. I was going to mention it before I checked out but the manager was out of the office.

It was very clean!! Was close to town! The owner was very friendly!!

The furniture was out dated but ok. Soap was very small hard to lather it.wish the pool was inside and spa.

The owner and his staff are very friendly. I liked having a Keurig, refrigerator, and microwave in our room so we could relax in the evenings with snacks. It helped reduce the need to eat out. My husband and son enjoyed playing corn hole. It is a good place for a budget traveler.

We didn't realize the location was as far out of downtown as it is, but there are nearby amenities. It appears the owners are working at updating the facilities, which is a bonus.

The bedding mattress was not comfortable and made a few trips to front office due to couple of things weren’t working and didn’t have amenities in room upfront like extra toilet paper, 2 towels for which one was a floor towel and that other was a body towel.

Need a new couch to sleep on in room 9. I found a used bandaid in the bathroom. My quilt was clean but had stains and was frayed all the way around. They just need to plant some flowers under the sign It's all weeds. Very inexpensive to do.

The room was clean and comfortable. The decor was interesting (#9) because it felt like a cabin in the woods. Staff was attentive to our questions. I enjoyed the outdoor pool. The in-room Kurig coffee maker was nice.. more pods, please. Didn't trying the in-room Jacuzzi. Quiet location.

So sorry the office end of the building had experienced a fire, so the "office" was a curtained window. When we turned on the two lamps (bedside and next to the couch) we noticed the shades were in sad shape...maybe just remove that inner plastic lining? Our queen bed had a king-sized fitted bottom sheet, which rumpled up when we slept. The pillow case on one of the bed pillows was inside out. The faucets for the sink by the microwave did not work. Some sort of closet pole would have been good, though there were hooks for hanging up things. How about a hook near the shower door to have a towel available as you step out?

We were tired and the beds were clean and comfortable. We both slept great.

No coffee maker. Its just old is all. But to pay the same for this room that we paid for a Drury in Missouri is just hard to accept. But i get it, its summer in West Michigan. Every man has to eat.
