The celebrations for New Years Eve were exceptional. The kids had a great view of the fireworks from the top floor. The idea of board games in the reception was good - we did use them one night.

We did try to use the steam room the 1st evening but unfortunately we are much more conservative especially to the idea of covering up in the use of these facilities. Didn't try using them again. Have previously used them in other hotels in Sankt Johann & didn't have the same issues. No facilities for kids. They could really have done with a swim after along day of skiing but the swimming pool was just too far. I wouldn't consider it a family hotel unless the kids are in their late teens upwards.

For me on a bike tour this place is absolutely first class. Great room, really spacious, quiet and comfortable. Loads of storage in the room. The bike facilities were a step up - lockers for bikes accessible by your room key card, a wash station, tools available. Really exceptional. Staff were great, really friendly - I’d definitely recommend.

I didn’t like having to make my own eggs at breakfast. Seriously, who thought that up.

The hotel was in an ideal location for both the village and the slopes, with the gondola being less than a 10 minute walk. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space for hanging jackets, clothes etc. Breakfast was fantastic with a station for cooking your own eggs. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to help

There was nothing about the hotel that I didn't like

Very nice staff. Good beds and we had a small balcony. The place had a fun, young vibe and was set up for cyclists with special bike maintenance area. The breakfast was good you could cook your own eggs. We used the lovely spa though you have to go naked!

The eggcirkus in the breakfastbuffet - it takes way to much time for people to cook their own eggdishes and it provide chaos for everybody else waiting for cheese, jamon etc.

Modern and clean hotel with a nice vibe. The breakfast was solid, the wellness area was great. The room was very utilitarian with plenty of space for cloths and lots of places to hang gear/clothes. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Would recommend.

Couldn't really fault the hotel itself, very modern and very clean.

We selected this particular hotel because it was next to a ski lift, however we discovered at check in that the lift next to the hotel was not operating due to lack of lift staff....but it was still being advertised in the hotel description at the time, even though it apparently hadn't been operating for some time. It was only about a 10 minute walk to another lift, and a bus was also available, however we felt that the hotel should have updated the description in the circumstances.

Modern, comfortable and practical. Very nice spa and spacious and great breakfast.

Had to pay for a cup of hot water...not coffee or tea, just plain hot water from the machine, got charged.same.as.a tea...

Everything was fine, hotel is in good location. Breakfast was delicious and there was various of food.

I would prefer that in the room would be kettle.

Its a new hotel with large wellness area and good access to St Johann ski resort.

Cheap mattress, too soft. You have to cook eggs yourself for breakfast and the pans were of low quality (its hard not to burn the eggs).
