What a location it was! It's nearby to all that I would ever need during my 1 week stay in Miri. The huge mall is just across the road. Convenient stores are aplenty in the area. And if ever you are feeling hungry, OMG - the 1km long Wireless Walk kat depan jer. Hundreds of street foods to choose from

The room was clean and location were great. Got lot of place to eat,got mall opposite the hotel & lot of place to enjoy or having a drink were nearby. Definitely worth to stay with reasonable price

The room facilities were missing or not enough. Got coffee 3 in 1 but no electric jug kettle around & water heater not working. Pls fix that problem.

- Affordable price - Many food stall, mall, mosque, shop and laundry nearby - Have wifi - Have cold and hot water (depend on the room) - Place was not noisy and you can get good night sleep

- Old window blind in my room. Maybe people across can see you in the bathroom. Need to change proper window blind. - Not many interesting TV channel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Miri city centre, with a lot of good food store nearby. It is just a few hundred meters away from the city fan park, Miri waterfront, shopping centres and markets.

The interior of the room looks not well maintained. The queen room has a large contaminated area on the wall. Water dripped from airco. There is no hot water supply in the attached shower room. The water dispenser has something wrong with the hot water button. It often cannot stop. The overall smell in the rooms and corridor are also a bit strange, maybe due to the humid and hot wether.

The property provide internet/ wifi. The property close to eatery, Shopping Malls, MyDobi, Schools The staff are friendly.

The surrounding a lil bit noisy for day stay. The water heater is not working the 3 night of my stay. The surrounding need to be tidy more. Please make sure the main door is close all the time everytime you enter or going out to avoid robbery as each of their room's door are still using simple door knob.
