Very clean because it is new. Staff was nice. Quiet hotel. Plenty of parking. Laundry room was clean- again because it is a new hotel. Nice grocery store across the street. Can't really tell what the neighborhood is like- but the parking lot was safe. It seems a lot of the people staying at the hotel are there for longer stays but we were there for a few days.

Breakfast was grab and go- things like cereal bars, yogurts, packaged hard boiled eggs, etc. Nothing hot except oatmeal. There was a group that wiped out everything before us and it was not restocked. Only instant coffee.

It was a clean update hotel. There were pots and plates we checked out at the front. The room looks sophisticated, and it has updated TV with Netflix and Prime Videos Apps. A dog area at the back of the parking lot for your dog to go to the bathroom with bags awesome. Breakfast to go was decent for the price of the room. I definitely like the stove feature that you were able to cook.

The TV needed more options for apps like Apple+ TV, Hulu, and HBO. The connections HDMI on the TV wasn't that great the singal going in and out. It was a new hotel and the outlet was not working in 2 locations in the room that I told the front desk. Some people that had dogs did not pick up after their dogs. Perhaps maybe more bags around the facility.

The facility is between Perdido Keys and old Pensacola and near the base. So the location can be convenient as a TLA for civilians and military as well as for tourists who want to explore the area. The room was advertised as a kitchenette which is what we look for when traveling. The room was comfortable. Though on a busy street, our room was quiet. It was also great that there was a grocery story across the street. The desk staff was very friendly and Amanda was especially helpful. She supported our efforts to use the kitchenette and answered our questions.

The kitchenette is nice and one can get complimentary plates, utensils and a pot and pan from the front desk. But if one wants to do any sort of cooking, there also needs to be cleaning supplies. Perhaps many travelers know this (and bring dish washing liquid, sponges, towel). But we did not have this knowledge. However, Amanda gave us some help in figuring this out and we were very appreciative for her support.

the staff was kind and helpful. the room was a perfect size for me since I was by myself. the shower was large, towels were clean, white, and new. never had an issue with finding a parking spot. was very easy to get to the main gate at the base Husband works for a higher tier hotel company. Instead of looking for a hotel through his company, i chose to stay here instead. I'm glad I did as it was close to where I wanted to be felt relaxed safe and at home here

really, there wasn't much to dislike. even with a little trouble at check-in, where I had to wait a while to get checked in, which wasn't their fault, I don't really have any complaints.

Clean and newer for sure. Driving to the hotel, you will go through a rougher area. Breakfast is grab and go (muffins, granola bar, small yogurt, etc). Keep in mind this is an extended stay so no blow dryers or coffee pot in rooms. Part of the parking lot is fenced in. It could have been the night, but I did not get much sleep for the others' doors slamming, and the room above us seems to have been a jumping party all night through about 3 am.

Clean and staff friendly.

It was in a convenient location and it’s a new hotel, so it’s clean and in good shape. The room was perfect for size for my wife and I and the bed was comfortable and clean! With it being newly furnished within the year it was a nice stay.

The air conditioning in my room leaked water onto the floor, and made lots of weird noises making it hard to sleep. My wife and I had to throw a towel down to keep it from leaking too much.

I didn’t eat breakfast. The lady that checked us in omg she was amazing throughout our stay they guy also they really care about their hotel and customers. The lady multitasking skills phenomenal she does it all definitely deserves a raise! July3-july 6 stay

I didn’t like the hall odor on second floor but the room was so fresh I think frebreeze should be sprayed on carpet bc dog smell so stinky & musty

Clean spacious room plenty of parking grab and go breakfast nice staff. Market, liquor store and nail salon across the street. Other shops and restaurants nearby on Navy Blvd.

Walls are a bit thin so you will hear noise Rooms facing Barrancas Street are a little noisy.

staff is Great and helpful, rooms clean with all the immenities You would need for long term stays. Grocery store within walking distance right across the street.

If You like to occasionally eat out there's not much close by within walking distance. a pool would be nice

The location is in a good spot. The staff went out of their way to help a disabled that and the staff was very very accommodating. Breakfast was more like a snack bar could be better. I would stay again though.
