Excellent value for it's money - clean apartment with well-equipped kitchen and spacious balcony. Although we didn't had an ocean view, we still enjoyed view on mountains and just wonderful sunsets. Very nice and helpful staff provided everything we needed and more :) Swimming pools available during the day, also there is a restaurant in the same building and shop just nearby. Also La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz are just nice towns to walk around and have a dinner. No parking at the property, but we always could find free of charge parking around.

You most likely would need a car to get to the nearest beach. Playa el Ancon, which is the nearest one, seems to be quite difficult reachable and not suited for small kids and elderly people. We enjoyed Playa Maria Jimenez, which is 15-min ride from the property (as well as famous Loro Parque, which is also worth visiting).

We loved our stay here. The apartment was super clean and spacious for the two of us. Location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in the North and experience the more authentic side of the island. Even though we don’t drive we could visit everywhere we wanted to by bus which was super easy with great views, including to Santa Cruz, La Laguna, Puerto de la Cruz and Los Cristianos. Some nice walks around the accommodation too and a nice restaurant and convenience store when not wanting to go far. The balcony of our apartment was spacious with the view of the mountains, amazing waking up to the sound of birds in the morning (if you like wildlife and nature this is a perfect location to immerse yourself in it). The pool was nice and though there were some mixed weather between super sunny and more cloudy (being only mid of April we kind of expected it in the North) but people were still enjoying a swim, as we did on a number of times. Staff were welcoming and overall we thought this was great value for money. People/comments complaining about it being a bit dated now, well it’s not costing the price of 5* accommodation for a reason, you get what you pay for…

Nothing. If you want to enjoy a more authentic, less touristy side of the island with nice nature then this is the perfect place.

Splendid all of it. The only negative was cigarette smoke came from the ventilation on and off from the flat above us .Told the manager when we left and she was going to address it. Lovely flat ,lovely balcony with lovely view and lovely staff. Clean and quiet in the evenings Nice ,friendly and helpful staff

Nothing except the smoke I mentioned. And laundrette didn't work that well, but that's was a separate company running that.

The views, the staff, the facilities, the comfort, the gardens, the pools. Definitely take the sea view room.

Walls are a little thin. The neighbour next door who lives there always, had a few romantic evenings for me to enjoy, as some apartments are owned, some are holiday rentals. I can't complain really as I had a screaming baby and the neighbour had to suffer. But I can tell that your stay will depend on neighbors, as walls are thin. Parking can get a little tricky some times, but you never end up more than 5 min away from the entrance

The location is excellent. For me, one of the best on the island. Great view. Shops close by. Close to transport. The apartment has a normal size. It was clean.

Beds are very important, but not given any consideration. They move as you turn, squeak. Sad to say the sofa bed was better . No washing machine, but a paid launderette at the ground floor. No dishwasher. Not fussy, but they are energy/water efficient and more hygienic.

Apartment with a great view. Nice pool. It's clean enough. Balcony with ocean view. Large apartment, as booked. Very friendly support during the stay, all issues were resolved quickly. Very quiet area. Excellent location for car trips around the island. Great value for money.

Poor wifi, as usual at the island - it does not work in the room, it is necessary to re-enter the password every day. Renovation is required in some places, but it wasn't a problem for us.

The location is great. Such a calm area and there is a small supermarket Spar nearby + a restaurant which is not bad. The size of the suite is good. It was nice to have a small table for food, a coach and a nice small balcony with an incredible view of the sea and sunsets. Very clean place, good wifi

The bathroom is a bit outdated and it had sometimes an odd smell but overall it did not bother us.

The apartment has breathtaking views over the ocean and Mount Teide, and the swimming pools in the foreground are just icing on the cake. Spotless rooms, super comfortable bed, small but functioning kitchenette, bright living room, and again, those stunning views from the balcony will make any stay memorable. Comes with cards to enter the outside swimming pools, which are in a well kept garden with similarly amazing views onto the ocean below.

No oven, have to use the grill function of the microwave in case you need to cook. The convertible sofa didn't quite work, looked like it saw some extra stress in its days and its extended legs were bent. The complex operates as a spa, with the indoor wellness+activity centers costing extra, and the outside swimming pools close at 7pm, way too early in our opinion.

The view of the balcony is amazing. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. Quiet location, I love this side of Tenerife, away from the crowded touristic places.

The matrasses should be changed and the stovetop is not ideal (old slow system) if you want to cook a lot. The location is perfect with a car, but without a car you are a bit far from everything.

It has a quiet location on the north, easy access to the main road, supermarket, salon, restaurant nearby, beautiful view to the shores and of course the Teide. Swimming pool is great, nice to have a little kitchen and a balcony. I had a very pleasant stay.
