Family friendly and great pool for kids.

Did not like the large dog sitting in reception when I checked in and out. There was a large bone in the entrance of the reception that the dig was chewing on. Very unprofessional and not good for kids and babies.

The property was great, great location next to the mandurah estuary and the boundary island brewery. Fantastic that you are allowed dogs. Really clean and well kept grounds always tidy.

Some of the other guests were not complying with the resort rules e.g dog was not on a lead in the shared space, kids were in the pool still at 8pm and the curfew is 7.30 pm and some people were dumping their crab mess just on the shared grass area instead of using the designated crab cleaning area that the resort provides. Not much you can do about that but the resort itself was fantastic. It would be good if the property put their dog policy online or shared it prior to arrival, it was very long and would be good to be better prepared.

The pool, outdoor spa, and gym were amazing. Great place for a family to stay. The receptionists were really lovely, everyone was quiet. Well maintained.

Families with YOUNG CHILDREN. The balcony door lock in 'Children's room' is easy access with no way to secure. Child appeared waving at me alone from the balcony, whilst unpacking the car 😱 The Spa in the room we had was extremely noisy. A replacement pump was sitting in the bathroom cupboard. It was so loud we couldnt use it at night as it definitely would have woken the people in the next room.

We were in #1 was amazing! Loved that each unit has their own washing machine/dryer! Very handy while it rained on our trip… Was nice an clean a great home away from home for our family trip Love the little touch of having fly spray! Was used at night time with all the bugs..

Dog poop! The “playground/spot field area” was yuck!! Saw many dogs doing wee/poos*owners need to pick up clean up after themselves if bring pets!! Was not good as I didn’t not want my kids near it! So couldn’t let them play outside freely Also! The lights make the room bright in the middle of the night 😣 woke a few times thinking it was early morning but it was just the outside lights… Need block out curtains!!

The villa was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed - and comfortable sofas, which is a bonus these days. Great to be able to take our fur baby with us. The fenced dog exercise area opposite our villa (no 27) was great, especially for early morning/late night toilet visits :-)

The only small criticism was that it would have been great to have curtains as well as blinds on the windows in the main bedroom to keep out the very early morning sun - the patio doors had them (and were great) but not the bedhead windows

Great location, lovely pool, great layout and lots of room. Direct access to the pool from patio window. Welll stocked kitchen equipment and laundry with free washing machine, washing liquid and tumble dryer. Boundary Island Brewery is also a 3 minute walk and great for dinner with water views. About 3 minute drive from Halls Head shopping centre and 10 mins from Mundurah marina. Great location for giant hunting.

Nothing - great accommodation would definitely stay there again. Perfect location for checking out the giants.

We loved our stay here. Very clean, spacious villa overlooking the pool. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric frypan, and everything else you might need. There was also a jug already filled with water in the fridge and two filled ice cube trays in the freezer. The laundry in the unit has a washing machine, a dryer, and some washing powder supplied. Nice bathroom with great towels and good water pressure. Lovely pool area with a heated spa and a good BBQ area. The staff were lovely. Lots of little touches that make it a step up from other places I have stayed. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be returning.

Everything was great

Grassed oval for kids to play different sports and pool area was kept clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the basic necessities that would be required.

Bit of a urine smell of dogs inside/outside apartment. Would be good for bricks and fake grass to be washed down to eliminate odour. We have stayed with dogs and love that its a dog friendly facility, but extra cleaning and disinfecting is required in room and outside.

Very friendly staff. Naomi in reception made me feel that I'd known her for years. Staff were always there in the background working even on days with temps >40 degrees. Having a dishwasher, washing machine & dryer were a massive bonus. Villas were very clean & well set up. Wonderful being able to bring our 2 dogs. We were enjoying ourselves so much we stayed for 2 extra nights. The pool & the poolside spa was very clean & well looked after. Having a spa bath in our villa got a lot of use. We will definitely be back. A huge thank you.

We couldn't find anything negative about Mandurah Quay Resort.

Great place for perhaps younger families. Terrific pool, gym, barbecues etc. Comfy beds and great aircon and huge main ensuite with double basins and spa bath. The location for all water activities is terrific and close proximity to restaurants, brewery etc. Villas are looking very tired but again would suit younger families. We really enjoyed our stay for the purpose of our family catch up but as a couple wanting a break and something a bit special this isn't the place for us. Staff were terrific and special thanks to Naomi who was attentive to our 16 yr old grand daughter who was unwell.

Most rooms are around the pool area so constant noise and banging of spring loaded pool gate but again we appreciate that it's a great place for kids and parents. Villas are looking very tired and out of date - flooring, carpets etc. One thing that we all commented on and had a giggle about was the loo paper! The thinnest single ply any of us have ever used. Seriously we reckon we used at least 3-4 times more than one would expect which can't possibly be cost effective???
