The location is perfect. On-site parking is excellent. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared (Thanks Maria! :) and served in a lovely spot surrounded by singing birds and beautiful flowers, a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city! The hosts showed the perfect attitude when unforeseen issues arose.

I was very tired when we arrived and unfortunately discovered the shower was blocked — only after I was already undressed! Lesson learned: always check the water as soon as you check in. My son was exhausted and uncooperative, so the timing wasn’t ideal. Thankfully, the hotel management responded quickly and kindly, moving us to a room next door. These things can happen anywhere, even at home — what really matters is having someone willing to help, and their attitude was perfect.

Central location close to all main historic sights. Easy 15 min walk to train Warm helpful receptionist. Standard ibis room. Clean and functional. The usual super comfy ibis bed. Quiet. Good nights sleep. Wifi fast. Good value for the price I paid Friday and Saturday nights

I really didn’t like the darkness of the room which related to unfortunate brutalistic exterior architecture. Large dark overhang over small window as well as large lateral concrete projections. Really depressing. A window should let in light. Felt like a hobbits cave

Very friendly staff. Hotel was quiet and near great shopping and restaurants. It was an easy walk to the funicular ride.

Parking garage was hard to find and when we entered it was very tight for a small suv. Perfect size for small cars. The area a few blocks from the hotel were not comfortable to walk at night. Too many people just sitting on the ground outside of the closed stores and graffiti everywhere.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Grenoble. The location is amazing. The staff is very helpful and wanting to help you. It checks all the boxes, really. The shower was very nice (strong water flow - something other hotels I stayed didn't provide), cleanliness, amenities, location (already stated). Perfect stay. Zero issues. Would return certainly.

The name of the hotel could be best displayed to match the one at Booking.com really. We thought we were lost, because it says "Ibis Grenoble Centre" and in Booking it reads "Ibis Grenoble Centre Bastille" but that's a very very minor issue.

Great location, right in the middle of the city centre, close to all the restaurant and the walks to bastille. Only 10 min was from the station, close to tram stop. Fantastic team at the reception, very helpful suggesting which cheese to try and bring back from our trip!

Simple room but comfortable and cleans!

A good decent breakfast, nice staff helped us with our baby and the hotel is in the heart of Grenoble with elevators so easily accessible.

Not that I didn’t like it but warmer blankets for pur child could have made available instead of extra layers of bed sheets. It’s a hotel at the end. Otherwise, everything was good. Thank you!

I would have recommend a comfortable sofa set in reception area . Would have been great if the leave a bottle of water in the room ,

Alex at the reception was very friendly and helpful! Everything was fine besides the parking garage has a very low ceiling and watch out when you open your trunk! Maybe someone should put something up there to prevent that. Just an idea.

The room had everything I needed. It was quiet, and the staff was nice, helpful, and smiling. It is located near the tram stops and a walking distance from restauratns, and the breakfast has different options for everyone.

Really comfortable bed, amazing shower and the TV had a website that allowed you to connect your phone apps (Netflix etc). Location was excellent too!
