The landscapes and the vibe in general are very pleasant. Decent breakfast. Geti restaurant is an experience.Room was huge with high selling.

It is absurd to pay 250 euro a night in a resort and be expected to pay extra for the beach,which is private to the resort. This is the only reason I would not come back.

The quality of food, the personel from all the property, except Olive Restaurant. The SPA was amazing.

Very high prices

Location right next to the Black Sea. The scenery with beautiful beaches and golf courses. Geti Restaurant food and serving was top-notch. Staff were very helpful.

Rooms could be cleaned a little thoroughly. There were big cobwebs and a large spider on one window that is a little high to reach for the cleaning staff, but still, unacceptable for a 5 star resort. There were also small ants on the floor. The air conditioner in the room was making an annoying sound that we couldn't leave it on at night.

The location is incredible—perched on the Kavarna Hills with amazing sea views. The gardens are really well looked after, full of flowers, and the whole place feels calm and peaceful. Staff were genuinely kind and professional. I really enjoyed the food—Geti is great for a finer dining, while Argata has a more relaxed, beachy vibe. I’ve been to a lot of places, and it’s rare I have nothing to complain about—but Thracian Cliffs honestly left me impressed especially given it was not even high season and we don’t play golf.

The location is extraordinary! The view from the Hill side villas is splendid. The apartment with seaside view ( apartment with 2 bedrooms) is very big, with 2 bathrooms with walk in shower and a large balcony with a magnificent view of Black sea. The apartment is well equipped with all that you need for a pleasant stay. The Hill Side Villas have 3 infinity pools (one was 30 metters away from our apartment), so you can relax near the place you stay. For restaurants, golf, beacheas and other activities you can take the car from the villas to downtown (reception area) is a 2 minutes drive, you can walk or you can take the shuttle provided by the resort. In the entire complex the parking is free in the designated areas. The breakfast is very good with a lot of options (including food prepapred in front of you by a chef). The Argata beach (there are 2 beaches in the resort Argata and Bendida) is accesible only with the shuttle provided by the resort or walking. You need reservation for sunbeds and umbrellas ( 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds are 40 BGN/day - arround 20 euros). The beach has a bar and a restaurant where you can eat somenthing and drink what you want. The entrance in water is smooth (for the people with small children), the water is clean and is very quiet (no noises, no music). It is a real relaxing place. People from outside the resort are not allowed to get to the restaurants and to the beaches. You can ask to put all the bills on the room ( from restuarants, bars, beach), so you can pay at check out for all.

Some things from the apartments need a refreshment (a paint, a deep clean, a repair). The menu of the restaurants from the resort can be improved (for lunch and dinner). You can't rent a golf car to travel inside the complex if you don't play golf. Only the golf players have acces to the electric golf car.

I liked everything. We come almost every year and we have never been disappointed. I particularly love Geti Restaurant, and i highly recommend the beef. Also don’t miss the beaches, the view is spectacular and the water is crystal clear!

I little bit of repairing/ maintenance especially in the garage at Hillside would be appreciated by guests.

As soon as you entered you realize that you are in the right place for a relaxing holiday. The resort is wonderful designed being surrounded by gardens well maintained. The hotel has two beaches but each of them has it own charm. Argata beach is smaller than Bendida but it has calm waves, cristal clear water and a beautiful scenery. The breakfast was rich including a large variety of seasonal fruits. In one of the evenings we had dinner at the Geti s restaurant wich is located right above the shore.

The staff at the reception was a little confused, but it s not about bad intention, just poorly trained .

Beautiful landscape, gorgeous garden and beautiful architecture. Many facilities: pools, club, spa, restaurants. Huge studio, nicely decorated.

Some protection for insects would be nice. The food at the restaurant on the beach is good but not what you would expect for such a high price. I asked for grilled fish and they brought me fried fish. And the potato chips were hard like concrete.

Warm water was missing for 3 days. Air condition had problems. The price was exaggerated, for five stars accommodation, but the services were for 3 stars accommodation.

The air conditioner, used for heating, was a little noisy.Water leaked into the whole bathroom from the shower. We had a good room but the family we were with had a bad one(the bed, the coffee machine).
