It was beautiful, in a fantastic location, close to where our family wedding was held, lots of restaurants close, but in a very safe place!! The employees were so accommodating and friendly!! Check in was super easy as was check out!! The room was pretty clean, very large, the bed was super comfy, I have a sleep number bed at home, it is usually super hard to sleep away, but not here! We had a great time!

Breakfast could have been longer! Some of us like to sleep in when on vacation! The key cards are super sensitive to other electronics, but they reprogrammed them immediately with no issues!! No elevator, but we had the 1st room on the 2nd floor and had no problems with the beautiful staircase!

When I checked in I missed understood the guy at the desk his name was Sam I think. He said the only room left on the first floor had to be aired out or deep clean because the previous guest had smoke in the room not that he only had smoking rooms so that was my mistake but he was very helpful & nice & got us checked in right away because we drove 11 1/2 hours. He also offered to take our bags up the stairs because the elevator was out.

Breakfast was simple (eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt), but good. Room and bathroom was very clean. Location was excellent to attend a family wedding.

Room was a little small for a mobility room - hard to maneuver - comfy chair squeezed in corner took away some room. The desk chair leaned forward and couldn’t be used easily since it rolled too easily on the hard floor. The bathroom was different - very large, but it had a normal tub rather than a shower to allow easy access. Gym lacked a functioning lock and tv, but universal machine worked well.

I liked how clean it was. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly

I didn't like that I booked a king room for the 6 nights 3 months prior. I get there and I'm told they had to switch my room due to it being booked for 2 of the nights. Not only did I have to change rooms to a double queen bed room but I was charged an extra 8.00 as well. Yes 8.00 isn't a lot but I shouldn't have been charged anything extra.

The staff were so courteous. Everything I needed was in the area. My room was on 1st floor, and the front door opening automatically was a big plus. The handicapped accessible bathroom was the best I've ever seen. No carpeting on floors made me feel more comfortable about the cleanliness of the room. Some places have odor from carpeting. The lodging was AWESOME. I will be back soon.

The breakfast was awful. Carcinogenic powder for the coffee, breakfast sandwich inedible, the pancakes and sausage were ok. The shower head leaked and was quickly replaced (good) by one that was NOT handicap accessible (bad). We needed a handicap room.

Good breakfast yet concern for diabetic and people on Keto diet would be helpful.
