Hotel like this , needs to provide parking for the customers . Not only that , they put that parking is available and it looks like included into the price but customers need to be aware that its trick from the hotel to put the price a little bit down the site and not be available for the people they book the room to see Price for one day parking taking into consideration you are most of the time out and about its ridiculously expensive 20 euro per night which is half rent of my vehicle Thats the only issue i would like to bring up

The hotel is perfectly situated for someone who really like a good choice of beaches... there are a stretch of four 'coves' along the coastline, a five minute walk gets you to playa do vau, (which was our favourite as it has a choice of 3 lovely cafes serving seafood and drinks right on the beach), but from there you can walk right along praia dos careanos, praia do amado, praia dos 3 castelos till you get to the largest, praia da rocha. It really is gorgeous. We hired a car, which was great to do the transfer, and then to travel as we wished to places like Alvor, Lagos, Silves, Alte (all recommended). We did not go to the main 'strip' in praia da rocha, as we prefered the above. A taxi ride to Alvor in the evenings was a 10 minute ride, at around £6. There are also plenty of places to eat near the hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely lovely, gorgeous rooms (we had a suite, not facing the sea) which was the same price as a double room facing the sea, but had a large living area complete with second tv, sofa, and a balcony which opened from living area and bedroom with sliding doors from each room. Bathroom was lovely. Staff was amazing, our room made up and cleaned every day. Breakfast was perfect, a buffet style with lots of food choices and plenty of it, including a hot section. The bar was great, and the staff at reception were really helpful. The pool area was always kept clean, but was a simple set up free use of lovely new pool towels. There is also a small bar outside, near the pool. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, for its cleanliness, luxury bedrooms, friendliness and location.

Fantastic hotel with friendly and extremely helpful staff. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and our 2 year old was given a little gift box. We had a top floor suite, which was very spacious for our 8 day stay. The hotel was very clean and the communal spaces were well cared for. There are two swimming pools and a gym, which I didn’t see advertised when booking, so that’s was a bonus. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from a beach (down some steps) and a 10/15 minute walk to lots of other beaches and restaurants. To get into town and other local areas, we used Uber and taxis booked by the hotel. Both were very useful and reasonable. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and the staff were constantly refilling everything.

The coffee! We had a pod machine in the hotel room, which was as expected! The coffee at breakfast wasn’t even worth drinking. We ordered a coffee from the pool bar and we were served a pod coffee.

Hotel is close to the beach and have plenty of restaurants / eateries nearby. It was nice to have an evening walk along the beach. We also like the swimming pool, the room size; and plenty of tables/shelves to put our stuff. Hotel staff was friendly; we tried to book dolphin tour; and the receptionist helped us find out that the ocean was too bumpy and not suitable for our kid to take the boat ride. We appreciate that they are not just out to earn our money, but considered our safety too. We also got to part at the hotel garage for free.

Nothing really. It'd be good to have some facility to wash our feet outside of hotel entrance, after walking on the sandy beach. There are only 2 lifts serving the big hotel, the waiting time can be quite long.

Good location.

Breakfast is too expensive for the quality of the products and it is served at 8:00. A suggestion would be to start a bit earlier around 7:30am. Not fresh grinding coffee, instead we've got instant coffee (not good), and canned juice. They asked for a 100€ guarantee deposit when we checked in. The receptionist was very serious.

Amazing hotel in a calm location. Close walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Bus stop to town centre right opposite the hotel. Got an upgrade to my room upon my arrival and I could enjoy a beautiful ocean view every day - very grateful for that. Bed was comfy, everything was very clean. Very happy with my stay!

On 3 separate mornings the same waiter wanted to take my plate even though I was still eating! I found that rude considering you could literally see I was chewing food and still had a juice in my glass. It made me uncomfortable and destroyed my breakfast experience. Another thing which was a bit unnecessary was cleaning staff knocking at your door in the evening (if you had a don't disturb sign during the day) just to give you a small complimentary chocolotate. I understand they just wanted to be nice but it was a bit extra and unnecessary.

We had an amazing stay at Turim Presidente Hotel. It’s place in a pretty quiet area, but at the same time close to nearby beaches, shops & restaurants. We’ve had a really nice room with view to the pool and the sea which we totally loved. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice for everyone. Would totally recomend and would stay here again if back in the area. Portimao is also in the middle of Algarve and you can easily have daytrips around. We chose Zoomarine which was fantastic!

Price of garage parking a bit expensive, but we prefered the safety of the rental car over the very busy street parking at the back of the hotel.

We loved everything! The location was great, just a short walk into Portimao and very close to the beach front and walks along the Clifftops. The staff are amazing, very kind, friendly and helpful for all of our needs. The breakfast offers a wide range and the restaurant is fantastic. Beautiful views of the algarve from the stunning balconies. I rate Turim presidente 10 out of 10.

I didn't like that I had to leave at the end of my stay 😅 No complaints from me at all.

Good hotel in stunning location directly looking on to the beach. Walking distance to Praia de Rocha and other amazing beaches. Bus stop for buses to Portimao stop directly outside the hotel. Room was spacious and always cleaned well if we asked for it to be. Very comfortable bed and great bathroom/shower

Pool is a little small and definitely lacks atmosphere - however we didn't spend much time there with such amazing beaches to close by. Charging 15 Euro PER DAY to use the hotel car park when you are staying there is unacceptable! Loads of parking just outside the hotel.
