Overall the villa was spacious, clean and light-filled with a luxurious king bed, air con, ceiling fan and mosquito net. We had no problems at all with mosquitos either in the room or outside and the private outdoor area and plunge pool (approx. 3m x 5m) was perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade. One bedroom villa: spacious, clean and light-filled with beautiful early morning sun. Huge king bed with mosquito net was comfortable and the air con and fan were quiet enough to leave on at night if needed. Bathroom had the best shower ever with a freestanding bath and loads of space. Private pool: Clean, well designed and completely private, surrounded by gardens with lots of birdlife (see photos) the one bedroom villa with private pool is exactly as described and we had ten days of undisturbed luxurious bliss : ) Shared pool: the large shared infinity pool (see photos) is beautifully located on the edge of the resort right at the eastern edge of the forest. Plenty of loungers and space to relax or eat while enjoying the peaceful views. Breakfast: tasty and simple, we had fried rice, juice and coffee every day and the breakfast was always fresh and quick with fantastic friendly service. Staff: at all times the staff were friendly and helpful but unobtrusive, available at all hours (we checked in around 2am). Weather: it was rainy season and we had rain most days but it never lasted for long and the sun always came out and dried things up pretty quick. In ten days there wasn't a single day that we weren't able to get out for a ride on the motorbike if we wanted, although we often chose to stay close to the villa and relax poolside. Mosquitos: there weren't any! The villa is fully equipped with a mosquito net and I was expecting to have to avoid the outdoor area in the morning and evenings but we had zero problems with mosquitos and were able to enjoy the private courtyard and plunge pool at all hours of the day and night.

Really hard to fault this place especially for the price, but it would be nice to have a secure covered area for the motorbikes, and the eating area and decking by the shared pool is getting a bit rundown.

Great tropical vibe, villas and room around of rice fields, with a nice swimming pool facing tropical forest. Small and cozy resort, safe to walk around. Quiet, could hear the nature around us. Really large room, separate toilet from bath/shower area, great outdoor patio with private swimming pool. Had pool towels. Very confortable bed. Nice and friendly staff, owner very helpful.

Breakfast could be a little better, it had enough but not many variety from each choice. Location a bit far from center, restaurants. We rented a motorcycle at the hotel, took around 5 minutes to closest restaurants, 15 to downtown. Room lack of face towels, but that wasn't a problem.

Super comfortable stay, plenty of space in the room with a lot of storage space. Big fridge (we could fit a 5 litre bottle of water with still lots of space remaining). Shower was big and had hot water. Provided 2 towels each (one for shower, one for pool). Staff always made bed everyday and restocked on toilet paper when needed.

A bit far out of the main town so have to get a taxi / motorbike into Ubud but there was a Circle K within walking distance as well as a block of a few local restaurants. The pool was cleaned at an inconvenient time: we went to go in about 3-4pm and we were told we had to wait an hour. Also there was a couple geckos on our roof which would be very noisy at night but not hotel’s fault of course.

Size of the room and quality of the bathroom and shower was amazing, bath is huge with separate shower with stepping stones to it. Room was really lovely and toiletries provided. Was great value for money, peaceful and east to get grab bikes / taxis into Ubud. A lovely cafe fruit organic cafe down the road for daytime smoothie bowls, plus a great very inexpensive restaurant on opposite side of the road about 100m away.

Reception area is next to road and could be dressed up a bit more to match the room quality, as per the main pool,which has great view but bit run down. Breakfast was average. Not that many restaurants nearby for evening and hard to walk places as no pavement and limited lighting.

Adi was a fantastic host. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was also a nice bonus.

There's a property close by with a lot of chickens that start making a lot of noise in the morning. Bring ear plugs if you stay in the end unit. It would be much quieter in other villas, but I was on the end villa closest to the adjacent property with the chickens.

Rooms are much bigger than I thought they would be and looked really nice for such a price. the bathrooms were large as well and everything was clean. Pool was big and clean. Staff were really polite and friendly. In my opinion, the photos didn't do it justice and I really enjoyed my stay! Not too far from the centre location wise, and grab bikes were always around + very cheap.

Breakfast was okay at best, though there is the benefit of choosing what you want. Not very fancy but after staying at a few other places as well, seems to be pretty standard for smaller bali hotels. Beware that the juice is very pulpy. Would recommend: banana pancakes. Also, we stayed at the wooden villa so our wifi didn't work by the pools which was a bit unfortunate.

Lovely spacious villa, nice restaurants around and only 10min scooter ride into ubud centre. Rice fields, ducks, and small koi fish river outside the Villa is peaceful.

The kitchen equipment was majorly lacking...No kettle or saucepan to boil water. No pans to cook at all despite having gas hob. No washing up liquid or soap. No bowls. Very basic and limited, could easily be improved for a more convenient and functional stay :) Also check in was slow, could use information already given about guests via booking.com rather than us having to write it all down on arrival.

The wooden house was really awesome and clean, lots of place and everything you need during holiday. The staff is very nice and always helpful. Breakfasts were tasty and fresh. It's also only few km from the main street in Ubud which is perfect as it's not to close to the city noise and traffic but also approachable to even walk there.

The only thing I didn't like was quite a big noise each night because of really loud chickens close to the hotel. Consider taking ear plugs with you.

loved being next to rice fields and the gully, the pool was lovely overlooking the jungle. Room was spacious with windows on 3 sides and good curtains. Bathroom was enormous and good having separate toilet. Breakfast was substantial but you have to say what you want the night before. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a great warung just across the road - Bintangbali for lunch and dinner. Didnt want to leave. We stayed in the cottages without private pool, but had the shared pool all to ourselves.

No drinking water in the room or glasses. They did fill our bottle when asked at breakfast. The end room near pool could be noisy as there is a poultry farm nearby.

Loved everything,stayed in the private villa and loved it so peaceful and very clean,,fully equiped kitchen,big bathroom with a bath super hot water and good water pressure,,close enough to everything,,staff couldnt have been more welcoming and helpful they were fantastic..there is a litte warung on the property with yummy food,the views of the ricefields right outside your door,have recomended it to my friends and family
