The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. I had a room on the 6th floor facing the courtyard, which was wonderfully quiet, even that is so close to the mainstation. The location is perfect, with the city center just a few minutes walk away, making it easy to explore all the attractions Uppsala has to offer. The breakfast was simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of options that left nothing to be desired. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Uppsala!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good, a lot of options. It was a good location, staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom flooded with every use of the shower. When the room was serviced the bathroom bin, although full, was not emptied... and they forgot to give us more toilet paper. The room was overlooked by offices so we felt we had to keep the curtains closed! But honestly these are just small issues and we'd definitely stay again.

Good breakfast, good location close to the train station (3 minutes walk). Plenty of nice options for breakfast, some nice choices for vegetarians. Very good pillows and the bed was also comfortable. Very friendly and useful staff at the hotel reception, probably the best I have experienced in the last years of travelling all over the world.

I do not know if this applies to other hotels in the area, but you cannot open windows to get fresh air. Fresh air is provided through ventilation, I am not a fan of this.

A modern, well managed hotel with all you would expect from this class of hotel. The room was not particularly fancy, but had all I needed - a desk, comfortable bed, wardrobe, minibar and a coffee table (plus a view of the trainstation). It seemed in a pristine condition, perfectly clean. Soundproofing of the room is perfect - the hotel is just outside a train station, but you hear no noise inside. Staff was efficient, breakfast OK (the choice was not overwhelming, but adequate).

Not much to complain about, I was happy with the hotel The wifi worked well, but sometimes a bit slow. The breakfast room was a bit crowded around 7:30, because of a conference in the hotel, but I could always find a place.

Asking at the reception for breakfast time on new year's morning we have been told, it will take place from 06:30 to 09:30. So we woke up early. The breakfast area was almost empty and all the other guests were eating breakfast later. I don't know why the reception was providing us with false information. One of the elivators had several technical issues.

great hotel, stayed here multiple times in the past years. Always good service and quality for money. Love the pub on the ground floor.

There was an technical problem with the air-condition. The hotel indicated that there was an error in the system and that the mechanic was working on a solution. Just bad luck during this stay, previous visits were great

Location. Close to the rail station and town centre. Very good reception area, access to the rooms. Staff at front desk were very friendly. Room was very good standard, no faults found. Tea/coffee making facilities. WiFi worked well. Complimentary coffee in the reception area. Overall very good value for money.

Perhaps should have checked the hotel's own website nearer the time for breakfast times. I picked the hotel based on 06:00 start but that was obviously winrer/spring. For high summer it started an hour later. We were offered a takeaway bag, but only had roll and apple so not quite the ideal alternative for the usual buffet.

The hotel is modern and stylish, the rooms are very spacious and have a great selection of amenities available. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and are available at reception 24/7. The location is perfect for accessing travel options (train and bus), exploring the city and there are a variety of great restaurants nearby, including a couple of options on site (I tried The Bishops Arms and would recommend for a tasty meal and bustling atmosphere). Would definitely recommend! A+ Also, as a solo traveler, I find the added security of needing a room key to access the elevator a bonus!

It can sometimes become a little crowded around the reception desk area, which is opposite where you exit the elevator. The congestion can make it tricky to get past without having to navigate through several people.

The tv channels were very poor. Not nice to have only swedish channels . You should offer channels in different languages as you have guests from all over the world
