Comfortable bed. Good bathroom with nice shower. Great TV, perfect for use with a console like a switch. Wifi worked well. Location is good especially with the option to pay for parking. You can park your car in the underground parking or outside for a fee. You need to reserve a parking spot.

Opening and closing the window was difficult. Underground parking was smelly, but that doesn't really matter.

I loved the tasty and rich breakfast, especially the vitamin shot. The sauna and gym were a really nice addition to the facility, I used them multiple times. My window looked right at the cathedral, it was beautiful. I also appreciated the hotel's visible effort to opt for sustainable and organic products.

The restaurant during the day was nothing special - I don't remember to have ever eaten a pizza so dry. The staff was often slow and not on top of their game, making me lose quite a bit of time.

First reception didn't feel very good. Seems the man checking us in didn't quite understand our booking, with some of us arriving the following day. It all worked out as another very helpful lady took care of everything the following day and all was good. Great breakfast and location.

No air condition just a small fan. It was ok but we arrived at one of the warmest day of the summer.

My stay at the hotel was amazing - as it's always been, I've been staying here for nearly 20 years! The new renovation work has provided even more comfy beds, a lovely lounge and bar and an excellent seating area. The staff were just amazing. So welcoming and accommodating of my really awful attempts to speak Swedish.

It was perfect.

I adored the ecological mindset that the hotel has. The rooms were clean and had their own climat. Overall I think that this hotel deserves an award for its ecological attitute while not sacrificing guest comfort.

A simple, but comfortable hotel. The room was large and clean, I had a nice view of the cathedral. Fast wifi. Professional and kind staff. Decent breakfast.

I would have liked a kettle in the room and a larger desk. The heating in the room could not be fully turned off.

My room was in excellent condition - probably the best I've stayed in for work. I think it may be the first time I haven't remarked that a bathroom in particular didn't look tired. Room was warm even though it was freezing outside, no problems with that. There was a good area to take off your snow boots and big coats without getting into the room proper. The breakfast was really nice and being able to get a complimentary hot drink in the evenings when you got in made this really nice experience. Apart from the out of hours checkin which I struggled with a little bit, everything was flawless.

The late check-in was the only thing I remotely struggled with. I went to the front door first, the instructions say the use the backdoor, but as it's built into two/three adjoining buildings, it's not immediately obvious in the dark how to get to the back. Maybe a little map there for late check-ins you put up at night?

This hotel is very nice. It is located not far from the center, near the park and one of the main sight- the cathedral. The hotel is in an old building, but inside everything is quite modern. There are some numbers in honor of famous people in Sweden. My was named by Sweden poetess Karin Boye. The rooms themselves are restrained, concise, but with a pleasant atmosphere. Good breakfast, wonderful back yard with tables overlooking the cathedral.

Friendly staff. Good location, near to Uppsala Cathedral and the university main building. It takes 15-20 mins walk from Uppsala C station. The hotel itself is a historical building. The building is well kept and very clean. Comfortable room. The shower room in the corridor is also clean and big.

Better if more warm dishes for the complimentary breakfast.

The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options that cater well to international guests. The hotel’s location is convenient and easy to access. If you arrive at Uppsala Central Station by train, it’s just a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel.
