Though totally renovated, still has feel of a heritage property. Spacious comfy rooms, friendly attentive staff. Good food od and nice swimming pool. A good place to chill before and after Darjeeling excursions.

Close to a temple with loudspeakers which could be irritating at times during the day, though quiet at night

it’s comfortable and well appointed for the city and very hospitable staff who accommodate all needs and requests.

The approach to the hotel is slightly misleading with two entrances, one being slightly shady.

It was cool, clean and comfortable and perfect for one night for an early flight from Bagdogra

It was beautiful! Clean, great facilities, wonderful staff, secure and safe!

Clean and well maintained property. Food quality was excellent with competitive price tag . Buffet breakfast was just awesome with over 40 varieties to select form.

Room was slightly congested with extra bed for child. Facilities in bathroom was good but no dental kit and hair dryer was provided.

The location of the property is excellent and the facilities available are good. The hotel--rooms and other spaces--are clean and well-maintained and the staff are helpful and courteous. The breakfast is sumptuous and tasty. Room service is prompt

The bed linen is old and the hotel needs to urgently replace the linen. For a hotel of such repute, it is said to see old and worn out linen being used in guest rooms. The floors of the rooms also need repairing

This is one of the oldest and most luxurious heritage properties in Siliguri, West Bengal. There is a scarcity of staff which we noticed. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect.

It was quite good. Staff at the restaurant were nice, always ready to assist. Food varieties and quality was also very good.

Room services require improvement. I had to ask for tea bags and toilet freshner, which I did not like.

Great multi cuisine breakfast. Indian,Continental, Fruits,Juices, changed everyday.

AC in the rooms must be maintained and WC Flush too.
