We arrived an hour before check in, the staff was very nice and let us check in early, because our room was ready. The bed was really comfortable, and great pillows. The breakfast(grab and go)had a wide selection, which was nice to have different items each morning. The rooms are nice and quiet, and having a broom in the room was perfect for sweeping up the sand we tracked in. We were traveling with our dog and the area right across the street was great for potty breaks. The only thing I didn't like was the shower head was really short. I am 6'1", so it happens more than not when traveling.

Second Floor room, Very clean, bed comfortable, very quiet, easy to walk to restaraunts and shops.

No air conditioning but good fan and operable windows. Hot water in tub was dripping, not annoying but let desk know so they could fix to lower water and electricity usage. No freezer in fridge to keep ice packs frozen and coffeemaker didn't work on last morning but worked night before.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the room very spacious and clean. Aside from having a pretty comfortable King Bed we also had a small table and chairs, Plus a lounging chair with an ottoman. The in-room refrigerator which we didn't need, but it was big enough for a week's stay. Lots of closet and drawer space. Bathroom looked recently redone too. We were also provided two dog bowls at check-in and a towel for our dog. It's also very close to the beach and walking distance to everything downtown Long Beach. The clam cleaning station is indoor, also very clean. 3 sinks, soap and paper towels provided. Plus large bin for your clam shells.

The lady who checked us in on Saturday afternoon was very nice and friendly. The dude working Sunday morning looked less than thrilled to be there. Maybe he was mad he was working Superbowl Sunday 🤷🏼

The front desk Matt and Dan were very professional and knowledgeable on were to eat and go. Breanna was very kind in helping us with free bikes and were we can go too. The location is really great. Our place is the heart of town. So many shops and food to eat, in walking distance. Very quite over here. Especially at night. Breakfast is grab and go. It was good. It isn't like the mai. Hotel, but the room sz her is bigger. Thank you. We will be stating here again in our nxt visit. ♥

Property was welcoming and clean. Staff were friendly and approachable. Property was actually quite large and diverse, with all amenities including an evening social area with fire pits! A very welcome change of scenery from the beach and mountain passes we drive to get here :) The grab and go breakfast was great for our family to get what we needed for breakfast and a snack on the road. So much family fun options in the lobby, you will be sure never to be bored. I loved that the room had a small kitchenette and allowed us to prepare and have basic food in our room - so important with littles!! The bath tub was big enough for both of them and necessary after beach adventures. All in all, I can’t wait to return!! Also, we had a room in a location that was high traffic and I was concerned, but it was SO QUIET! The guests are all very respectful and the room size was HUGE!

Good location at center of town very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Had pre packaged foods you Microwave in your room for breakfast. Very clean room with new looking furniture.

I was in one of two rooms that had a finicky door lock. Probably because of the weather getting into the lock, may just need some WD-40. Had to type in the code 5 to 10 times to open the lock. This did not bother me. I looked at it like a game. My wife however was not as pleased as I.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful—super accommodating especially since we arrived right before midnight. The room was very spacious and clean and the bathroom was extremely pleasant to shower in.

The room lacked blankets and it got pretty cold at night. Consider bringing your own or asking the front desk for more on cold nights! I would not consider their breakfast proper food as it seems to be more grab-and-go style and not the healthiest.

Comfortable.

Someone was slamming their body into our door about midnight. After the door did not open, we looked out and saw a ice cream cup tossed on the sidewalk. The next day, a long haired teenager slowly walked by while looking at our door. When he saw me looking at him, he quickly walked away. I believe he was staying there. He was with mom & dad figures which were pushing a stroller with two (twins?) small children. Upstairs was a lot of thumping around up to this (evening) point of the door slamming. We are 62/71/77. This really scared my wife and her aunt.

Staff was super friendly, helpful, room was tidy, and was handed pet supplies for my dog. (Two bowls, towel, poo bags, and treats) I was just there for one night to have work done on my rental home in the area. Great grassy area across road to take dog potty. Location is central to town and easily walk-able. I didn't partake any of the breakfast offered, but it was nice to know it was available. Also, the office has a mini store of snacks and things if needed.

We were a VERY short walk from the beach. They made it very easy to stay there with Pets, and the staff was very communicative. The breakfast was grab and go, but, there were plenty of options

Theres really nothing negative... if I had to choose anything "negative" to add, it would simply be... if you have breakfast burritos available, it would be nice to have salsa.... but if thats the most negative thing you can say about a place, then I say you have a pretty good place.
