Family of 5 can fit with three beds.. 1 bathroom tub/shower with towels, kitchen with plug-in cook top, a few dishes, microwave and coffee kuerig. Small table to eat on. A fan that helped us sleep at night blowing in all the night cold air. Just know it was 70 degrees when we came. It was just beautiful and clean! Staff member Dan was very welcoming, gave us directions and wonderful tips. There are emergency staff members on site after hours. We brought our dog, and they gave us two bowls and a towel, poop bags, and treats. Complimentary water. It was wonderful. It was what we needed just to have a clean bed and running water. After staying out on the beach all day. There's an area where you can walk your dog(s) that was right behind the hotel. I will continue to come here.

Located about one block from "the arch", which was the entrance to "the world's longest beach", and the World's International Kite Festival, and the reason we were there. Although the building looked rather dated, it seemed to be in good shape and had updated plumbing and electrical with lots of outlets and multiple USB ports for charging phones and such. There was plenty of on-sight parking with minimal walking between your vehicle and your room.

The included breakfast had few options, but was available from 7:00-10:00 everyday. More like a snack until you're able to eat a real breakfast.

In town and conveniently located. Close to shops and Restaurants. The room was large and well-equipped. Well-enforced 10 pm rule. The kitchen was convenient and well-equipped.

Rooms were a bit dated. The floor under the twin bed was dirty (discovered after I went for my puppy's toy and used a broom to retrieve it.). Furniture was OK, but it needs a comfy chair. Breakfast consisted of Microwave selections to heat up in the room. Would suggest bringing breakfast items to cook in the room if the room has a kitchenette. Saw some damage to the wall under the window that needs repair.

We arrived an hour before check in, the staff was very nice and let us check in early, because our room was ready. The bed was really comfortable, and great pillows. The breakfast(grab and go)had a wide selection, which was nice to have different items each morning. The rooms are nice and quiet, and having a broom in the room was perfect for sweeping up the sand we tracked in. We were traveling with our dog and the area right across the street was great for potty breaks. The only thing I didn't like was the shower head was really short. I am 6'1", so it happens more than not when traveling.

The Price was a great value considering the amazing room. Lots of space, smart storage, and walkig distance to almost everything. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I arrived earlier tha expected and they were able to get me in a room right away. The tub wasn't a soaking tub but still large enough to lay back and relax. Parking wasn't bad at all. The only challenge is when the hotel is booked with people going to the same event we tend to get back about the same time so you may not get the spot right in front of your door but your still close. I was so pleased that I could leave my jeep and just walk around because The Inn is in the heart of the town next to some great shops and restaurants. I was very impressed and can't wait to return next year.

This is literally splitting hairs, but the only thing I can think of is a stopper in the tub near the overflow drain so it can fill up higher.

Excellent rooms! Very clean and comfortable, bed was wonderful, bathroom was sparkling clean with amenities provided. Easy to walk around Long Beach from here, but quiet at night. I was there to go razor clamming, and this place is well set up to sleep comfortably, get to the beach easily, relax in the room, and clean the clams I harvested in provided facilities. It was a great community of like-minded folks, and the set up by the Inn made us feel welcome and made it that much more enjoyable. I would definitely return! Staff were even able to get me in my room early after I drove into town very early for the low tide.

Nothing! Everything was great!

Wasn't expecting much from breakfast, but there were so many options to choose from. From bakery treats, to breakfast sandwiches and cereal. Everything was fully stocked and a microwave provided for lots of individually wrapped goodies. Many drink options as well, and some personal hygiene items plus games and toys for sale. The 3 staff members we interacted with were super friendly and efficient. Our room was really clean and cozy. Completely worth the price, probably our new favorite hotel in the area.

There was no A/C but a fan was provided and all we needed for our early spring stay.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the room very spacious and clean. Aside from having a pretty comfortable King Bed we also had a small table and chairs, Plus a lounging chair with an ottoman. The in-room refrigerator which we didn't need, but it was big enough for a week's stay. Lots of closet and drawer space. Bathroom looked recently redone too. We were also provided two dog bowls at check-in and a towel for our dog. It's also very close to the beach and walking distance to everything downtown Long Beach. The clam cleaning station is indoor, also very clean. 3 sinks, soap and paper towels provided. Plus large bin for your clam shells.

The lady who checked us in on Saturday afternoon was very nice and friendly. The dude working Sunday morning looked less than thrilled to be there. Maybe he was mad he was working Superbowl Sunday 🤷🏼

Second Floor room, Very clean, bed comfortable, very quiet, easy to walk to restaraunts and shops.

No air conditioning but good fan and operable windows. Hot water in tub was dripping, not annoying but let desk know so they could fix to lower water and electricity usage. No freezer in fridge to keep ice packs frozen and coffeemaker didn't work on last morning but worked night before.

Staff is very helpful and kind, and the room we had was large, super-clean, and had everything extra from a coffee tray to toiletries. The clam cleaning kitchen offers three spaces and is super-clean as well. The hotel is a few steps from the main street with all its restaurants and businesses, and a few hundred steps away from the beach. The road passing by is hardly frequented.

The hotel is a quiet place, unless a herd of elephants is housed on the floor above you. Walls and floors are somewhat thin.
