Great location, great price! The room was wonderful and beds/pillows very comfortable

It wasn’t the exact room we booked and since we went through “Booking.com” the hotel/condo said that was on us. Also no WiFi unless we paid $15.95. Once again the facility blamed booking.com, but eventually they gave us a complimentary code to use.

We were blessed to stay in this new resort with such a great price. The location is also very good, beach access and the trail was in front of the resort. I didn’t expect a family suite with big kitchen and bathroom. There was a gas grill on the balcony. The staffs were very friendly and the resort was very clean with modern interiors. I will definitely come back next summer.

Clean and spacious

Th location was great, right next go the Boardwalk off of the main street. The condo was well equipped and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. There was a restaurant and distillery right across the street.

The only complaint I have is their Wi-Fi connection. It runs through their network and I was constantly being knocked off their network and had to keep resigning in. This became very frustrating.

The only thing, and this way just a little thing, was the placement of the light switches in the bathroom. They weren’t logical. We both kept turning on the wrong one. Also wish they had keurigs in the rooms instead of coffee pots. We went down to the lobby to use the keurig.

The concierge was wonderful and full of knowledge. They called us to remind us of the planned activity. They didn't have a two bedroom apartment but put us in rooms as close as they could. The beds were comfortable! We had a one bedroom with a Murphy bed in the living room and two bathrooms. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate us when there was no reservation found or inventory available.

I had to pay for 2 nights in rooms I did not book because there wasn't any inventory available and they could not find the reservation. . Luckily there was a cancelation that night, and because they could see my reservation on my phone they gave me the room. The next day I spent all morning on the phone trying to figure out what went wrong. In the mean time we were packing to check out and there was another cancelation and we were able to move rooms.. The rooms I got were great but I was in rooms sizes and specifications that I did not book.I feel Booking.com should have given my $ back.because they did not deliver what I paid for. I should have been able to pay the resort instead of them.

The game room was a nice bonus.

Given the extreme weather at the coast, it would have been nice if the spa area was enclosed. There were gale force winds and heavy rain and the spa was completely exposed. Also, when we checked out we discovered that the electronic wrist bands were not reusable. They could be reprogramed at another Worldmark site, but we are not members and would have to keep track of them ourselves. It seems a waste of resources.

Absolutely loved everything about this trip and the property. The room was top-of-the-line, clean, and beautiful!

A 10 AM check out was absolutely brutal with two toddlers. I will reconsider coming back with this tight checkout.

Sue was incredible! Helped us get a room close to the pool and on the bottom floor because we had our toddler grandchildren with us. The hotel had an Easter egg hunt Sunday morning. The girls LOVED IT!

We love Worldmark Long Beach. We have visited there several times and they never disappoint us. Staff is very gracious, friendly and helpful.

There was not anything that we did not care for. It was just very enjoyable
