Location was great! the personnel were super friendly, we took the buffet breakfast option and it was very complete and the lady from the restaurant was really nice. We loved everything about this hotel, the only downside is that it doesn't have parking. They have an agreement with a nearby parking area but you have to walk a couple of blocks

place was awesome, everything I needed was there, kitchen was well supplied with all the bits and pieces I needed to make a meal, grocery store was just across the square, Gaudi's Palacio was less than a 10 minute walk.

Clean and good value for money - just the other end of the town after a long walking day on the Camino so be prepared to add an extra kilometre or 2 to get there!

Location near city center and camino de santiago, and elevator is in the building.

Room wall is dirty with stains, and room lighting is too dark.

I recommend Hotel Alda Centro in Ponferrada to everyone! Nice room with windows that open for fresh air, very helpful and friendly staff!

Very central location. Restaurant on site. Front desk is staffed with friendly and welcoming staff. Room is clean, quiet and very comfortable.

Great location, comfortable rooms (well heated for the cold weather) and really scrumptious breakfast! Very kind and helpful staff.

The lift doesn't save all the stairs to access the rooms, meaning there are a few steps to either climb up or go down after leaving the lift.

Nice staff, nice location and comfy beds.

The shower didn't work amazingly and kept switching from hot to cold.

situated the main town area, recently renovated, very clean, quiet , easy access with code entry. plenty of room for 4 people. great kitchen facilities.
