The beds were comfortable. I had one of the best rests so far on the Camino. The staff were great and explained what was available. The room smelled fresh and clean. Even though the establishment was tucked down an alleyway, it was located close to attractions and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay.

The TV screen had coloured lines running through the picture. Gibberish sounds would just pop up, making it difficult to understand the show. I think the TV just needs to be replaced. The hair dryer would not work. The sheets had some stain spots. There was construction just outside my window. My window opened up to tarps attached to scaffolding. This is not the fault of this establishment, but it would have been nice to see something other than a black tarp.

This small hotel is centrally located in the old section of Ponferrada between the two plazas near the Castle. Very convenient to restaurants and museums. Bus station is a twenty minute walk from there. My room was small and the window was frosted over so I couldn’t see the 4 walls of the inner courtyard. Staff was friendly and the property felt safe.

The individual room was fine for one night but would be too claustrophobic for more than that.

Wonderful receptionist, very kind and welcoming. The room is small, but it was perfect for me, as i just needed a bed and a shower! The beds were very firm, but I slept just fine. Thankful to have a quiet stay right in old town. Location is great, very easy to get back to the camino.

The beds were clean, although a couple of questionable stains on the covers. I didn't bring it to attention to the staff, as it didn't bother me too much.

Very comfortable and large bed. (King room) Nice balcony overlooking a quiet street. Can't hear other patrons at night. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Excellent location basically on the Camino.

The bathroom was a little awkward. There was a glass screen to keep water from the shower separate from the rest of the area, and it worked reasonably well. However, the shower head had way too much pressure for it's bracket, and if you turned it on full blast it would douse basically the whole room before you got it under control. That is something that needs repair. (May 2024)

Location is great except you need to be aware that there is no place close to park or get dropped off. So be prepared to carry your luggage a ways to get to the hotel.

I had to call the number on the door to get someone to get the code to get into the building and then the keys were just lying on the counter with my name. It worked but not having anyone there was a concern.

It is hard to find because Google will try to send you places that do not exist. However, it is right in between the two main plazas. The streets are small and short so the distances are just feet. It was located in the middle of everything and close to many restaurants and within walking distance to The Castillo of Poferradas, which is just beautiful! It was September 10th and it was a day dedicated to La Virgen de la Cesinas. It is a good time to go there. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

We barely had a place for the bikes. We are glad we could place them inside a very, very tiny patio. They might not get too many cyclists at one time. Just make sure to warn them when you reserve.

The room was nice and late entry instructions were very clear and efficient. The breakfast was very good.

We had a very difficult time finding the parking garage. It would have been really helpful to have a simple map showing the location of the hotel and the parking garage entrance. It would have saved us so much time! Once we found it, getting to the hotel was very easy.

This is a hotel down an alley but don't let that put you off at all. We had a stop off in ponferrada and found this place, the location couldn't be more perfect. The hotel sit's in-between 2 plazas and 3 minute walk from Ponferrada castle, there are numerous restaurants and bars all around. Parking is available locally and not to far away, I am sure a good stay would be had 👍

The room and bed were comfortable. There was a communal area with a fride and microwave so we could prepare some food. It was well located to explore Ponferrada

It would be good if they could provide some cups or cutlery in the communal area but that was a minor detal
