The beds were comfortable. I had one of the best rests so far on the Camino. The staff were great and explained what was available. The room smelled fresh and clean. Even though the establishment was tucked down an alleyway, it was located close to attractions and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay.

The TV screen had coloured lines running through the picture. Gibberish sounds would just pop up, making it difficult to understand the show. I think the TV just needs to be replaced. The hair dryer would not work. The sheets had some stain spots. There was construction just outside my window. My window opened up to tarps attached to scaffolding. This is not the fault of this establishment, but it would have been nice to see something other than a black tarp.

Very comfortable and large bed. (King room) Nice balcony overlooking a quiet street. Can't hear other patrons at night. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. Excellent location basically on the Camino.

The bathroom was a little awkward. There was a glass screen to keep water from the shower separate from the rest of the area, and it worked reasonably well. However, the shower head had way too much pressure for it's bracket, and if you turned it on full blast it would douse basically the whole room before you got it under control. That is something that needs repair. (May 2024)

It is hard to find because Google will try to send you places that do not exist. However, it is right in between the two main plazas. The streets are small and short so the distances are just feet. It was located in the middle of everything and close to many restaurants and within walking distance to The Castillo of Poferradas, which is just beautiful! It was September 10th and it was a day dedicated to La Virgen de la Cesinas. It is a good time to go there. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

We barely had a place for the bikes. We are glad we could place them inside a very, very tiny patio. They might not get too many cyclists at one time. Just make sure to warn them when you reserve.

This is a hotel down an alley but don't let that put you off at all. We had a stop off in ponferrada and found this place, the location couldn't be more perfect. The hotel sit's in-between 2 plazas and 3 minute walk from Ponferrada castle, there are numerous restaurants and bars all around. Parking is available locally and not to far away, I am sure a good stay would be had 👍

The room was nice and late entry instructions were very clear and efficient. The breakfast was very good.

We had a very difficult time finding the parking garage. It would have been really helpful to have a simple map showing the location of the hotel and the parking garage entrance. It would have saved us so much time! Once we found it, getting to the hotel was very easy.

great place to be quiet.....weather was very cool and most shops and restaurants were closed.

neither we, nor GPS, nor local people could figure out where and how to get to the parking for this hotel.....it is subterranen and it seem not marked....we came in on Sunday and there was parking on the street

Great location in centre of old town, near restaurants and bars. Neat and clean rooms, although there was mould in the shower. Reasonably easy access from Parking Público Plaza del Ayuntamiento, although you could probably drive into the main street to unload bags. Ponferrada has a small historic centre and castle. One night is sufficient.

Very simple but expensive breakfast offered. King size bed not very comfortable. Very small bathroom.

All went well, everything was as arrange and the staff were friendly and very efficient and helpfull. Location for whyat we wanted was awesome!

Should have an english TV channel of two i.e. News, Movies etc. TV as a feature was worthless for us English speaking guests and i would think as a tourist destination there would be a lot of people that can speak english as a first and second language visiting from Overseas.

The rooms are compact, bathroom is really of a good size and clean. The hotel is in the heart of the old city, close to the castle and 2 bridges to cross over the river Sil. There is an underground parking before entering the old city, and the hotel gives good information about all parking areas.

Great location right in the center of the old town and castle. The rooms were clean and comfortable and WiFi worked perfectly

No laundry service after 3pm which was unfortunate as we are on the camino and most pilgrims would get in around this time. There is a laundromat nearby though
