What a superb traditional Spanish hotel from the moment I walked in the owner and staff were an absolute delight welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect very clean and comfortable excellent bathroom and a very comfortable bed. I had an evening meal which was delicious and of excellent quality great service and breakfast was very good too. Only had 1 night at the hotel but would definitely recommend and come back to stay again, good value for money nice quiet location good parking facilities, would definitely recommend hotel.

A lovely location at the edge of the village. Good level private parking. Very pretty building, good access by ramp or steps. Lift to floors. A lovely cafeteria, terrace and restaurant. Eva made us feel so welcome and nothing was to much trouble. We eat in the restaurant on three occasions the steak was delicious. Bed very comfortable, good hot shower. A lovely little balcony to sit out and mosquito net on the door to it. An air conditioning unit in the room too. We just left the windows open a little to cool the room. Would definitely stay again if in the area. A great place for relaxing stay.

The hotel was beautiful. clean and comfortable . The staff were very cheerful and helpful, My husband is coeliac and the hotel understood his needs completely. As everything is home cooked they were able to adapt almost everything on the menu at dinner to meet his needs and provided a full gluten free breakfast. The food was amazing

We loved our stay in Villa Mencia. Eva was an incredibly welcoming and friendly hostess. The breakfast was very good as was the dinner we had in the restaurant one evening. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a rental car so the location in Corullón was perfect for us. Without a car it would be pretty isolated from the rest of the Bierzo region.

Spotless property with great facilities. We were moved into a room with air conditioning as it was a scorching hot day. But the best part is the sweetheart of a hostess! She is amazing!

Beautiful villa with comfortable room and excellent shower. Eva and her staff were perfect hosts The food was delicious (especially the desserts) and great value for money

Difficult to walk to other towns

Such an adorable place!! The worst part was that we were only staying one night. The breakfast was incredible out on the terrace and the views from the room were fabulous!

That we didn’t stay long enough! Can’t wait to go back.

Immaculately, clean and very well maintained. The location was perfect to explore some of my favorite wineries and vineyards.

The owner was so kind to put our washed cloths in the dryer machine so we got our biking cloths completely dry in the morning. We could store our bicycles in a safe place during the night.
