Great location, nice, clean room and kind staff.

It was a 12 euro charge per person for breakfast which is fine if you are able to take a sandwich and piece of fruit for the road like all other places allow but there was a sign in front of the exit door stating that food can not leave the dining room. 12 euros is expensive for someone that only wants toast and coffee and OJ for breakfast. This usually costs 5 euros at a cafe.Thus, it is an overpriced breakfast for someone that doesn’t eat much in the morning.

Wonderfully clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of town directly on the Camino. Ideal location to visit historic sites with easy access to lots of restaurants. We had a great nights sleep. The beds were comfortable and bedding thick for the cool breeze coming off of the surrounding hills. The staff met all our needs. Highly recommended!!

The water pressure could’ve been better in the shower and the waste baskets could’ve been larger rather than the clunky small, foot activated lid type.

Lovely room right on the main area of Villafranca. Room was very nice and comfortable, if a little noisy at night due to the location. Great restaurant nearby Meson Los Ancares with lovely owners and a cut above some of the places on the main square.

Breakfast was a little costly and somewhat restricted - in hindsight I'd have gone to one of the cafes on the main square instead

The hotel is in a wonderful location, on Plaza Mayor and steps from multiple bars and restaurants. It’s also a short walk to the River Walk and Alameda. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable.

The corner shower in the bathroom had no walls or curtain, so keeping the floor dry was a challenge. Not all bathrooms have this setup, however.

We were given a handicap accessible room, which was fine except for the shower in the bathroom. No doors/walls for shower which meant water flooded the whole floor of the bathroom. We asked for a different room before using the shower, but none were available. The cost was high compared to other options in the town.

Perfect location, modern, clean. The laundry service was fast and only 12 euro for the staff to clean and deliver your Camino trail clothes! Staff recommended a couple of great restaurants right around the corner.

A great place to stay. Handy to all Villafranca has to offer. The staff are welcoming and friendly. If ever unsure about anything, you just need to ask. I had a room on the first floor with 2 single beds. Very comfortable, it had a separate ensuite, writing desk, luggage seat and an armchair. All I need

The hotel is in a gorgeous location and very central. The staff were so welcoming. They also went to great lengths to get an item returned to me that I had inadvertently left in the hotel, which I was delighted to see again. To me, this was exceptional and above and beyond what I would expect from any hotel. We were also lucky as we stayed a night when there was a festival happening This was great fun.

This really felt like home. The staff were incredible, and the breakfast was really good. I love my room, which is very cozy and overlooked the old stone tile rooftops. It’s really well located and the owners are very friendly.

Can’t think of anything maybe I would probably ask for a kettle in the room

We were in Room 203 which must be the best room in hotel as to front with view of square and appears to have largest floor plan. Was a delight to stay here. All the staff we dealt with went above and beyond to help us, from the lady who checked us in who was so friendly and welcoming to the man the next morning who phoned the tourist iffice to check location if bus stop for us. The breakfast was worth the cost as buffet with cereals, fruit and yogurt in addition to usual bread, cheese, ham and cakes. Was nice to have option that wasnt just bread based.

You have to buzz to get in and someone may not be available immediately to answer if you are earlier than stated check in time. We sat out in sunshine in bar beside entrance so wasnt an issue for us and they were able to give us a room before 2pm.
