I stayed here for a concert that was going on in Carborro, NC. The manager was there when I checked in (I think her name was Alexandria) - she was really nice and polite. The hotel was very clean, but the breakfast area was smaller than other hotels. My room was on the 3rd floor and its probably the smallest room I stayed in (Queen room w/ 1 bed) but it was cozy and really nice. There were fresh towels and my room was clean as well (My only complaint would be there wasnt a refrigerator or microwave, but I also didnt check online when I booked the room to see if it had one. And that isnt going to deter my review). The bed was comfy, but also firm and I loved that there was a little window nook and you could open the window. I checked out the next morning and the same manager was working and still very sweet. Two hours after I left, I realized I forgot an item and called to see if they had it. The manager said she did, but they arent allowed to ship items - but they can hold them for 30 days. I have another trip in a few weeks in that direction and I told her I could pick it up then. My review for this hotel is 10/10. My few complaints are things im sure they cant help, but I would highly recommend staying here.

We liked its location, price, its quiet, clean the front desk staff are all friendly and accommodating and they quickly handled the one issue we did have. Extra kudos to Ariel who helped us with the room change! Ariel was on night duty and she was super friendly and told us if we need anything else to come to her for assistance

The first room we received had a strong, musty smell almost like yeast, hubby didn’t notice it so we waited a few nights but I believe it was due to some sort of mold issue so when we brought it up to the attention of the front office staff they immediately changed our room with no issues whatsoever. I think they just have to do a walk-through on all the rooms to avoid such circumstances in the future.

So my expectations were not high as this was a very inexpensive hotel. At first glance it seemed like it was meh but was I wrong. It was quiet, comfortable, plenty of hot water and worked for my week stay. For me the location was ideal. Didn't try the breakfast but it looked OK. Staff was pleasant and the place was very clean. Several food choices nearby.

The road it is off of you can miss if you aren't looking and turning left out of the property towards town at times can be an adventure. But nothing really was wrong with the place.

Location was good. The carbon monoxide alarm began going off. Contacted front desk and the employee came to room to see what was going on. She moved my daughter and I from our handicap room to a suite at no extra charge. All staff was pleasant and very helpful.

The employee who came to the room when the carbon monoxide alarm was going off didn't know anything about what carbon monoxide was or how dangerous it is. I explained to her it was odorless, not visible, and people easily die from it if breath in too much of it. That's when she decided to move us to another room. I suggest all employees be inserviced about carbon monoxide and its danger.

The breakfast was great. The location was right off the interstate.

There were no automatic front door openings which is inconvenient when handling luggage. The curb near the handicapped parking spot was not sloped; I had to walk to the opposite side of the entrance to bring my luggage in. There was no microwave in the room to heat up food.

Comfortable, clean, safe. The bed was very comfortable, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. Front desk staff were some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. The noise the elevator makes made me and my fiancé giggle a lot because it sounds like a little duck.

It needs a liiiiiiitle bit of upgrading, feels like it’s a bit dated and gives off an older vibe, but definitely nothing to take points away! It gets the job done, just nothing to look at and go “ooooo so pretty”

The check in was a super easy process and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable for our stay.

The only slight i had was slightly less water pressure than desired and the lights needed a little updating as they were slightly delayed coming on when we flipped the switch

Gina did a great job at cleaning our room, the property was nice and away from traffic noise.

The restaurants in the area, we didn’t eat at the Mexican restaurant. The Hardee’s sucks they screwed up 2 of the 3 meals ordered then they messed up again on the 3rd at that point we just got our money back. Wendy’s was very bland for a Wendy’s

Breakfast was as expected. Not enough butter or Juice stocked but it was fixed promptly when brought to the staff's attention

Had a musky smell throughout. It was as if the carpets had been wet but never dried properly. It hindered our allergies bad.

I just needed a place to crash after a 24 hour flight from Australia - "cheap and cheerful" is what we call it Down Under. This place met that expectation. The room was clean, but really needed a good deep clean, but otherwise met expectations.
