The breakfast kitchen staff people were really great. One man, Hugo, was really excellent. He went above and beyond to help an elderly gentleman repeatedly during the man's meal. I was just observing - and I was very impressed. There was another gentleman who worked there (I didn't get his name) but he was also with the breakfast area, who was lovely and helpful. I honestly can say I only see customer engagement like that at very high end hotels and resorts- and I was very happy to have such staff at your hotel. I will definitely stay there again and recommend.

room had strong smell of chlorine bleach. Stayed two nights, room never attended to. Air conditioning seemed weak and/or slow to respond to change in temp. Coffee at breakfast was not flavorful. Scrambled eggs were rubbery. Dining area was far too noisy, both due to proximity of reception and lack of noise dampening materials like carpets or faux walls. Dinner, while tasty, was very pricey for offering. Way too noisy. Lack of ambiance, again, due to reception.

Breakfast was excellent. And the location was the most convenient i have found when staying in the area as a tourist of Hyde Park. The staff was exceptional, the bar staff was by far the most enjoyable i have met in a hotel of this caliber.

The only thing i can say is, there should be more coffee in the room. If there is not house keeping service for a 2 night stay there should be 2 days worth of consumables in the room.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Room comfortable. Premises very clean. Good location.

We arrived very late but kitchen was still open so we ordered a flatbread and a grilled cheese sandwich. The grilled cheese sandwich was very disappointing (fries were good). Flatbread was fair and both were expensive for what we got. The Saturday night rate was excessive. The weeknight rates very reasonable.

The location was excellent and the property was well maintained. Breakfast was okay with a couple of weak.points. I liked the oatmeal. The room was spacious and suited me very well.

The sausage patties were limp and not cooked well. My guess is that they were simply heated up precooked sausage patties. Sometimes fewer things done well are better than more variety done with mediocrity. Personal opinion.

Breakfast was excellent and it had such a great selection.

The only issue I had was when I had to go out to my car at 5:30am in order to get my cord for my laptop, when I came back to the front entrance, it was very dark and I could not see how to use my room card to get back in, and I could not get the intercom to work. You might want to check that and do clearer instructions for getting back into hotel.

In a good location, right across from the Culinary Institute and near other attractions in Hyde Park. Breakfast was decent. Especially liked the porridge with a lot of toppings available. Room was very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Front desk clerk gave us a great recommendation for an Italian restaurant that was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect! Set back , but so convenient as well! The staff were absolutely hands down phenomenal and sweet & beyond helpful! The ambiance was everything from the lobby, to the bar to the hallways ,to our gorgeous yet practical wants ie. Forks ,cups etc. and spacious suite w / an amazing view. Everything the hotel offered including the staff was & were incredibly helpful. We will be back.

I’m writing on behalf of my almost 97 year old mother who stayed at the Inn for 3 nights. She said: “This is the fanciest place I’ve ever stayed.”

The phone in her room (508) did not work properly. She was unable to receive calls. Jerry, from your staff, came and determined that the phone was not connected properly at the “box/closet” (my words not Jerry’s). The phone support people for the Christmas holiday and couldn’t come to fix it immediately. All turned out well because my mother has a cell phone and I was able to reach her when I needed to.

The charge for my pet. She slept on a blanket on the floor the whole time. We took her out twice and cleaned up after her. No one would ever know she was even there if I didn’t tell them but I had to pay $70. I can understand for some pets who may be destructive but maybe charge by each individual experience. She cost your hotel nothing
