We had a great time and great experience. Walking distance into town and beautiful hotel.

We had a child with us and did not read anywhere that no kids were allowed in the pool area. When we checked in first person said it was okay before he is so young (3 months) then a woman at the spa said no hes a liability. So just need more transparency when checking in esp because the hotel knew we had a child

I liked that when we arrived early, they texted us when our rooms were ready. That was very nice! I loved that the rooms had water bottles, the turndown service was nice and the rooms overall were clean and incredibly comfortable. Our spa services were excellent. Overall it was a great experience and we'll be back!

I wish Mirbeau offered more mid-week type of incentives to come to the hotel, as I think I would take advantage of them. It would also be very nice to have little snack items (dried fruit? nuts?) in the spa waiting area as well as in the lobby, and/or sitting room (cookies? hot cocoa? cheese and crackers?) My friends and I found ourselves sitting by the fireplace chatting and it would have been very nice to have had a little cookie after dinner or chocolate or something like that. Compared to other hotels/resorts/B&Bs I've stayed in, this seemed like a miss. Especially with your fabulous Meggan making delicious items for the restaurant!

Location, ambience, amenities, helpful and welcoming staff, attention to detail, cleanliness, high end linens and bath products, gorgeous and relaxing spa -- the list goes on and on! Basically I liked everything!

The property was so impeccably clean and well appointed, so the fact that the chairs and table in the room were just a little worn out were the only things I can think of that I didn't like. But this was a very minor issue.

The breakfast was very nice (recommend eggs benedict), and the new (2019) hotel has elegant architecture. The vintage Rolls Royce used to pick up guests is a great touch. The hotel is also easy walking distance from a number of fine restaurants and shopping in 'downtown' Rhinebeck. It's a great base for visiting some of the historic mansions in the Hudson River Valley. The spa was also much appreciated.

A longer stay would have been nicer.

I live the location right in town close to restaurants, you do it need a car . The people that work there were extremely nice , the spa is great and not overpriced like some spas . Room and bed very comfortable

A great winter getaway. We spent a lot of time at the Spa and were very relaxed by the time we left. Would recommend to someone looking to decompress for a weekend or long weekend.

Our hotel room was beautiful and comfortable and the spa services were wonderful. Restaurants within walking distance, were great. We really had a perfect weekend getaway.

Aqua terrace is way too small, not enough chaise lounges Wish it weren’t so expensive!

Breakfast was very nice ..all family enjoyed each meal.

The staff is excellent and well trained… We would have liked a chance to ride in the classic rolls Royce😄

Loved the close location to restaurants and shops! Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff was accommodating. Willow restaurant was great and our room was extra spacious. Spa services were wonderful. We look forward to coming back!

The property was very beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and super helpful! The bed was very comfortable and the fireplace in the room was very welcoming! The restaurant was wonderful and had excellent food and service. We loved it!
