Amazing place, we enjoyed every bit of it, had a nice studio with lovely terrace. Everything from communication to welcoming and departure was perfect, they hold a very high standard comparable to some very good hotel chains. Boris helped as u lot with the suggestions for the restaurants, made a booking for us and helped us with the parking in the city! Apartment was spacious, clean with a welcoming package of snacks and drinks and the bed was comfortable. Definitively something I would recommend for staying and probably will go back once I visit Paphos again. It enhanced my experience with the island and the city. There is a 20min walk to sea and 25min to old town, so location is somewhere between those two. Not something I would say is a minus just good to know for someone in the future.

Main Pool area, great calm space, not crowded and quiet. Rooms were nice and finished to high standard. Cleaning was done every 3rd day which suited us well and was presaged via WhatsApp which is a nice touch

The proximity to a terrible live music place! Monara live music operates from about 20:30-23:00 each evening we like music but this place hires truly terrible singers, TonyH was the worst!

Our staying in Downtown Park was truly close to the word perfect These aparts met our expectations absolutely Super new, with nice and comfy kitchen perfect bed and relaxing terrace Besides, upon our arrival, we found a compliment from the apartments - fruits and beverages in the fridge and a bottle of local wine, though I travelled a lot - not every five star hotel offers these commodities free of charge Also, there are two nice pools, the one is bigger the other one is more private at the roof top And final but not the least, the girl (sorry don’t remember her name) at the reception who met us, was so cute and pleasant and always open to help with cleaning or even in case you need recommendations for restaurants or sightseeing she was super helpful My sincere recommendations

Very tastefully decorated. Facilities were high end, everything was catered for. Bath robes and slippers were a lovely addition. The kitchen utensils were perfect, everything that was needed was available.

There was nothing we did not like about the property. A few suggestions; maybe an extra shelf in the bathroom to hold more toiletries, a sockets in the living room where the hairdryer and main mirrors are located, possibly a mirror in the bedrooms. Again, not a criticism, just a suggestion to accommodate women when getting ready.

From the moment we checked in at 10pm, rather than just be handed a key card we were personally escorted to our room and shown around. There was a welcome pack wick included fruit, croissants, wine, beer and water. Our room was an executive one bedroom cabana so came with its own terrace at the side of the pool. On the terrace were the most comfortable sun loungers, an egg chair and outdoor dining table and chairs. The room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping came every 2 doors at a pre-arranged time slot so you were never caught off guard. The room facilities were top of the range Bosch, including washing machine, dishwasher and kitchen appliances. There was also dishwasher tablets, washing pods etc. The location of Downtown Park is perfect, on a quiet street but 2 minutes walk from the Bars and restaurants on TOTK Road and 15 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants on beautiful Paphos Harbour. The Kings Mall is a 5 minute Walk. Communication with the staff was so easy, they would WhatsApp message to arrange housekeeping and ask questions and you can ask questions, get information back using WhatsApp. On our last day, we had a late flight so Downtown Park kindly agreed a complimentary late check out as our room was not booked that day. However if they hadn’t been able to accommodate they said we could continue to use the facilities on site and would provide towels and toiletries so we could shower before we left for the airport if we needed to.

- Great location for visiting spots in Paphos and nearby areas. E.g., the archealogical park is just a 20 minute walk away. - Secure car parking was available. - Everything in the room was brand new and the balcony/terrace was a great place to relax in the evening. - Helpful and friendly staff who gave us pointers to nearby restaurants, activities, and helped us figure out what we could do on Christmas eve.

We preferred this place over others because of the gym but it's a little inconvenient to use. Needs to be reserved in advance as it can only fit 1-2 people at a time. It can also only be used when the reception is open, so if you want to use the gym before 8am or after 8pm it's not possible. Despite being winter it was quite warm in the afternoons. We wanted to turn on the AC but were told the AC system is only configured to heat the rooms during winter so cooling the rooms was not possible.

This place has exceeded expectations. As soon as we arrived, at midnight, we were shown around the apartment and facilities which is a great touch. The apartment is perfect size, very very clean, modern, with outstanding AC unit too. Facilities on site are also exceptional, comfy sun loungers, impressive pool size and temperature, with a fairly good view of the modern buildings around. Gym and Sauna need to be booked day before but is used privately for that session you book. Parking on site is easy and also free! Each apartment room has a dedicated space in the parking lot underneath the building. Location wise, it’s about a 15 minute walk to the harbour, 5 minute walk to the main shopping mall, 20-25 minute walk to the old town. Smaller supermarket located nearby too. Top notch place and highly recommend this to anyone going to Paphos. If we come back, we will be staying here again!

Beautiful apartment, very clean and well equipped it met all of our needs The Reception staff were excellent. Very friendly and professional they went over and above to ensure we had a super stay, including assisting with restaurant reservations and organising us a later check out time on departure day. They kept in contact via WhatsApp and also checked that the time arranged for housekeeping suited us which was much appreciated

The staff were all really professional and helpful. There was a good welcome pack when we arrived late on our first night. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned with new linen twice during our one week stay. The pool was lovely and very clean. The apartment was really comfortable spacious and well equipped. We had a ‘One bed cabana’ and we had a lovely private patio only a few steps from the pool. The air con was quiet and really effective. Everything was of a high standard. It’s a short walk to the beach, the Mall was really nearby and has a supermarket in it where you can get what you need. It’s a slightly longer but pleasant stroll down to the harbour where there are lots of nice laces to eat and drink.
