It was wonderful in every way. The evening clerk who greeted us was wonderfully friendly. The king size bed (our bed at home is a full size) was comfortable with enough covers. Also, I usually travel with my own towel because hotel towels aren't big enough to wrap around me. I stand corrected! The towels here were GREAT! I also enjoyed the art in our room. We had just come from the Air Force Museum and the photos in the room were perfect. The shower was nice and hot.

The only thing I can think of is that there should have been USB ports in the base of the lamps along with the electrical outlets. I travel with a special extension cord that has numerous types of outlets, so it wasn't really a big deal.

Room was real nice. The staff were professional and caring.

The room was great. The only complaint I have is I was disappointed with the TV. Couldn't get internet. Had to have the staff show us how to use the TV, TWICE to even get antenna. The staff were great showing us how to get onto the TV and rapidly responded. Still never got internet the whole weekend. No guide chart in the room, got it from front desk the second day. Need instructions on how to get onto the TV and navigate through channels.

The location was easy, right off the expressway. The staff was very helpful. My husband left his wallet in the room after we checked out. We called the front desk and they were able to locate it and kept it safe until we could return to retrieve it. Every dollar was accounted for. We really appreciated their help!

Friendly Staff and I loved the fact I did not hear everyone's doors slamming like I do at most hotels. The rooms were very soundproof. I was worried about being net to the highway and hearing vehicles pass throughout the night, but the rooms are very quiet, and I never heard a sound.

The breakfast was limited, but on par with most complimentary hotel breakfasts. There was hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Everything was great!

I didn't have service on day 2 due to a misunderstanding I guess but I picked up fresh towels at the desk. It was too far from Miami University. We went there for graduation. An hour each way each day.

It is convenient to where I travel while I am visiting Ohio. I like the breakfast there at the hotel, so I don't have to go out to eat. Also it is close to other restaurants that I like to eat at.

The parking lot needs to be expanded. It was difficult to find parking and if you didn't get there early, you might have to part a distance away from the entrance.

The lady that checked us in was wonderful as well as the lady who checked us out and the younger gentleman that reprogrammed our room key for us the next day.

The old man the first night we stayed was real rude about the luggage cart like somebody wanted to steal it. Then my linens had someone's hair on my fitted sheet and the room smelled like an older lady perfume was sprayed as air freshener.

I stay here several times a year as it is in great proximity to my work here. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is a wonderful way to start my day and I love chatting with the employees...I always feel like this is my home away from home and I truly am with family. I appreciate that...thank you Comfort Inn.... You help being away from home a whole lot easier.

I can't think of a negative. I am taken care of very well. The beds are comfy, the room is cozy, I can bring my meals in if I choose and warm them up in the microwave and store leftovers in the fridge....just like at home! I like being able to come "home" and relax with a warm meal and a comfy chair.

I stay here each time I'm in the area. Convenient to my seminary and the staff is awesome. I enjoy the breakfast ...hot and tasty...each morning. Great way to start my day.

There was a couple in the room next door that argued loudly...but that has never happened before and I don't blame the facility.

Close to Interstate, moderate pricing, clean room and friendly staff.

The fitted sheets did not fit correctly and I move when I sleep... woke up several times on the mattress pad.
