The hotel was really nice when walking in the lobby and they offered a good variety of snacks and breakfast. The room was clean and just as I expected. The tv in the room offered Netflix, youtube, and Amazon prime video which I was very happy with. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The elevators were a little slow. The air conditioning unit was loud but I didn’t have any trouble sleeping through it.

It's an excellent pet friendly hotel with a great location. We visited our family for thanksgiving and wanted to be near their neighborhood, supermarket and restaurants. And the parking is free unlike the Aloft downtown.

The heated indoor pool's water was still too cold for swimming. They said it was 80degree but didn't feel like it, also there was access issue getting in the pool area.

The staff was great. Everyone was friendly & very helpful. The hotel and room was very clean. The common area gets busy during the evening hours which was great. My son was selling chocolates for school and was able to sell the entire box. Everyone was very friendly and although it was busy it was never too loud. The Jaggers next door was a plus when we arrived late in the evening, hungry. The location is great in general. The shopping plaza across the street was convenient. I had to run into Target for a few things and it being a 2 min drive, literally, was perfect. The noon checkout was also nice to have since most places have an 11am checkout.

The shower head in the bathroom was awkwardly high. I couldn’t adjust the direction of it. A shelf in the bathroom for my toiletries would have also been nice to have.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good parking. Food options available 24/7.

HVAC noisy and shuts off on it's own, needs improvement. TV lacks Channel Info i.e. difficult to find networks without a printed guide. Plumbing needs improvement, i.e. Shower head was plugged so provided a lite spray, had to spend more time trying to rinse off. Toilet handle had to be held down to flush the bowl.

The location was great. Lots of different stores and fast food and restaurants. The hotel is close to the highway very convenient. I love the fact the hotel had engagement activities for guest in the lobby. Room was clean everyday during our stay. The staff were nice and helpful.

The only thing I did not like no microwave in our room and in the shower no where to put my soap container or body wash in the shower. No continental breakfast you have to pay for food.

Incredibly friendly staff, clean environment, and easy check in process! We absolutely loved the shampoo and conditioner from DryBar! It was nice to have streaming options on the TV, too.

The a/c unit made a very large, wet spot on the floor in front of it.

The location. The rooms were clean. I was in love with the shower. Hot water stayed hot.

I wish the covers were bigger because I love comforters. I bought food but when I wanted to reheat it there was no microwave I had to go down to the lobby. The pool water was so cold I thought it was an heated indoor pool.

everything! the amenities, the staff, the laid back vibe, the pet-friendly atmosphere. had a great 6 night stay. no nickel and diming (didn’t even charge a pet fee)!

I wish the pet friendly rooms were on a lower floor so we didn’t have to take the elevator and disturb people who may not like dogs, but can’t think of much else I didn’t like.

Awesome clean room. Close to everything we wanted to do. Food and shopping close by. Very nice bar and patio area.

Our room was close to elevator and you could hear it plainly but was not bad at all at night.

It was in the perfect location! It was very easy to get to anywhere from this location
