The hotel is fabulous. The staff were friendly and professional. Pool area excellent. Great selection of TV channels. Staff very attentive. Food was excellent both in the main dining area and by the pool. Shuttle bus free in and out of the Marina. The hotel surprised me with a birthday cake and bottle of bubbly. I couldn’t believe it as I hadn’t told anyone it was my birthday. We will definitely be returning.

The fact that we had to use the shuttle bus to get to the marina (shopping area). But the free shuttle bus does run regularly in and out so in reality I have nothing to complain about.

Everything. Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, excellent staff. Great pool areas. Adult only pool which was a game changer! Special mention to the exceptional staff. Every person we dealt with was just fantastic. So warm & welcoming.

The Aquasana restaurant is not as high a standard as Cilantro. Had to send back food 2 out of the 3 times we ate there. Having said that, the staff were very pleasant. The air con was not very strong in the bedroom. At times especially at night the room felt too warm despite the a/c being on full blast but overall it was acceptable.

Beautiful hotel lobby , very bright modern , high ceiling and light feature looked well.We stayed in a family suite, this was very clean and comfortable and nice space. Room facilities were sufficient. Hotel Staff very professional and helpful at reception, concierge and in the bar. Breakfast was outstanding, great selection of food for every diet and so many choices. Courtesy bus to Marina was a lovely plus. We gad a lovely holiday at the Hilton.

Outdoor pool wasn't heated and heated indoor pool was very small.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful Vilamoura! The best was that our half board plan allowed us to eat course meals at Cilantro restaurant the most nights. We were traveling with 2 kids and a baby, so we didn’t want to hustle for making dinner at the room( the 2 bedroom apartment had everything you need to make your own food tho! ) or finding a local restaurants. Service from the amazing staff and the tastiness of food at Cilantro were exceptional. Everyday, there were different menus. You need to pay for drinks but it worth. Portugal’s tasty wines, we really enjoyed trying different ones. Dining there made our trip fun, very relaxed and memorable. Bright beautiful lobby and spacious room, comfy bed and beautiful pool and kids club made us feel we wanna live there! Perfect location to explore Algarve. We went different beaches everyday, some were 10min drive some were 30min drive. So convenient with 3kids. Children loved the playground in kid club. You can use the facility for free even they don’t attend the kids club. We were lucky to be able to witness the fireworks at the hotel to celebrate the New Year! The sparkling wine and cake delivered to the room was the wonderful touch.

The only thing I didn’t like was the narrow entrance gate of the underground car park.

Beautiful hotel with stunning pool area, comfortable sun loungers and attentive pool staff. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a separate lounge area, huge bath and terrace where we ate breakfast overlooking the golf course. Lovely, quiet location and very easy 20 minute walk to the marina. We enjoy walking so didn’t make use of the free shuttle. This is the only hotel I will stay at in Vilamoura in future.

Room and bathroom very nice, beds are very comfortable. Nice balcony. Good selection of swimming pools. Friendly and helpful staff.

All the cushions on the chairs by the main swimming pool were saturated with rain/pool water from other users. I would suggest that those should be changed after each person/at least covered when not in use during the rainy season.

Room was very comfortable, bed was the best we had. Unbelieve sleep! It was quiet which we asked for, I am a light sleeper and it was lovely to have a nice quiet comfortable room. We had room service it was quick and food was lovely. It was our anniversary and they left prosecco and lovely chocolates to the room and had the room ready for 12pm, the staff were also very help shout out Diago, made check in and check out very simple and easy.

The bath and shower temperatures were difficult to navigate, it would have been nice to have a pool view but believe you have to pay extra for this. Other than that no complaints.

Great hotel location for playing golf and only a 20 min walk into Villamoura. Free shuttle to the marina which we also used some days. Excellent breakfast in the mornings (we were on a b&B basis) and staff friendly, helpful and professional. Tried the spa once for the relaxation circuit (15 euro) but it was disappointing as the relaxation pools and large whirl pool with therapeutic water jets etc was luke warm and certainly not warm/hot enough to relax in. Only stayed for 30 mins so not worth it.

What have you guys done to the bar sitting area . Before it was so comfortable and cosey. Now is so uncomfortable to sit in the bar . It’s is a one drink bar now. Maybe someone should have sit on the chairs before buy them .
