The breakfast was very good for hotel breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool was clean and very accessible. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable.

Unfortunately, the sofa bed was not made up and we had to go down to the the front desk at 8 pm to get sheets and a blanket and make the bed ourselves. This was our second stay at this hotel in a one week period. Our first stay was not as successful: there were no coffee accessories, the refrigerator was not plugged in (which we only realized hours after putting food in the fridge, when we noticed it was warm), there was no body soap in the shower, and only two towels. Two, total. It was somewhat overpriced. But, that's Denver!

Well priced considering other hotels with similar facilities. Free breakfast. Iron/ironing board in the suit, small kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, a desk and sofa. Plenty of space.

The breakfast area could have been better organised. One day bacon was as crispy as ashes. The other day had to use stairs to the 6th floor at mid-day as a guy was cleaning one of the lifts (without paying attention to anyone waiting for the lift) and neither of the two lift was working.

There’s a lot to like: Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Well maintained. Good location.

The worst thing for me was a surprise add-on fee for parking. It was the first thing I saw when I arrived, and it gave a very bad first impression. It’s exploitation—at that point, I could not back out. And it’s unreasonable—the parking is in an un-guarded open lot, nothing special, and hotels in that area generally have free parking.

We loved the layout of the room. Also, there was lots of lighting which we loved. Nice refrigerator, place to hang clothes, great shower. Great big TV which we liked. Very convenient location, too.

We thought our bed was a little soft. Also, wi-fi kept dropping out. We were at the very end of the hallway, so maybe we were far from the router. We did like being near the stairwell to take instead of the elevator.

CLeanliness. COmfort.

Paying for parking. Even if not having to pay, the last thing a tired traveller wants to do when they come in is go back out, put a permit in the car window, and move the car. It negates everything about thinking you're checking in and going to relax.

Nice clean large room-like a suite. Friendly staff. Dog friendly. Great area to walk dog. Corporate feel but super clean. A bit south of Denver and there’s always lots of traffic

Very clean, nice hotel in good location....check in lady waa very good at her job, very friendly.....check out person, not so much....breakfast was really good & price was great....much better hotel for less than what we paid at different places on our trip

The rooms were clean, spacious and beds were super comfortable. Slept like a baby. Breakfast was simple with some warm cooked food, cereal, toasts and waffles. And some hot coffee.

$10 parking (which is better than some of the others) and dining area could be a little bigger.

Good hotel, great staff.

Booking.com lied. We booked a handicap bath and when we got there we were told it was unavailable. We requested early check-in but booking.com booked us at normal entry time. No one got back to us when we tried to change the time.

Fabulous! At check in, the associate oriented me to the area, telling me how to find FedEx, Starbucks, and the Denver light rail. The rooms are newly remodeled, with guest convenience in mind. Materials used are eco friendly, and beautiful. Lobby features work stations. Quite likely one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at.

Cannot imagine anyone would dislike anything about this lovely place
