Check in was a breeze, reception was so friendly, welcoming and easy to have a convo with. The room was perfect, spacious, warm and VERY CLEAN. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that’s aren’t as clean as this place.

Didn’t appreciate the intoxicated ones next door coming back at 1am shouting and laughing like nobody else was around. The bed was very soft I almost fell off. Still no complaints though. Ild prefer that over a rock solid bed. Can’t please everybody

Smooth checkin/out, easygoing staff, quiet. Room was good with comfortable bed and clean sheets and enough space for 4. Kitchen had good amenities with an airfryer and microwave and decent sized fridge for breakfast items. We appreciated having our dog with us. We used the pool and gym. Walking to the shops easy and away from main road. Sheer curtains for privacy.

Nothing really. Would have appreciated another fan as was a hot night. And shame the restaurant was closed when we visited.

my room was musty with cockroaches. Overall cleanliness was 2/10. ( rm 12 ) these rooms were in front of the motel which was very noisy from trucks going past through out the night. don't book these. The rooms not facing the main road are more inviting and clean

Lovely spacious rooms. Clean. Good facilities. Beaut Restaurant on site. Fan in room.

Mattress too soft and bouncy. (Buy memory Foam mattress) Signage needs big upgrade, couldnt find Motel, had to search for Name. Wasnt obvious at first sight that it was a motel from Roadside.

We loved the space, the spa bath, the pool, the tv in the room, the fan and being able to bring our pet.

There was a very strong musty smell and especially in the extra room, which we couldn't sleep in so we left the door open for most of the day.

I was also stoked to be able to bring my little dogs along. It's very easy to find, there is ample parking, the rooms are big and clean, and the area lovely and quiet. Thanks for having us!

We were told on arrival that they were fully booked and the manager didn’t know how we were allowed to book the stay through Booking.com, we are so glad and grateful that the manager was able to shuffle some other guests around so we could have a room

Nothing very nice would stay again.

Our dinner at the on-site restaurant was absolutely beautiful. The ambience was relaxing and restful. All staff went the extra mile to help. Privacy was good.

I couldn’t get the shower to work, but my husband did .

Travelling from Kerikeri, wanting accomodation for my dog as attending a unveiling the next day. Very accommodating to what time we came in or out plus the frequent dog walks.

Can't say anything that I didn't like.

Spacious unit, quiet location.

I assumed we would get the unit that opened directly onto the grassed area (for our dogs), but we got a standard unit instead. It wasn't a big problem, but we had to walk them through the carpark to get there.
