Staff super friendly on arrival. Love the location to the rocks and the village. Room was rustic and gorgeous. Plenty of space and good air con. Staff printed off some urgent paperwork for us as soon as we asked. So much charm. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in area. Local food 10 mins walk away was amazing. Best Moussaka and lemon potatoes we've ever had!!

The taverna 20m up the road was terrible. Food mediocre and American woman running it was really rude. Went to Taverna 10 minutes walk away the next day, and it was sensational. Don't go to the one 20 metres away!!!!!

Property is right near the Trinity Monastery trail, a short walk to the downtown area, and had enough parking. The front desk staff person was very polite and offered good suggestions of local places. The room was spacious and matched the online description. The patio off of our 4 bed room was gorgeous and had a great view of the landscape. View from the patio is shown in the picture attached.

Bed comfortability was meh. We only stayed for a night and slept pretty well but my mother in law said her bed wasn’t too comfortable.

We loved its proximity to the cliffs. We arrived late in the day and many in our group rushed off to catch the sunset in Kastraki. I stayed behind and watched a glorious sunset while my kids enjoyed the playground right beside Alsos House. It was amazing. We loved the balconies and cozy rooms. Everyone agreed they had the best showers we’d had in Greece.

The view from the room was magnificent. Looking across to Meteora was brilliant. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. It was a short walk to the centre of the town and a number of restaurants.

The bed in our room was uncomfortable. The mattress sagged in the middle and the bed creaked whenever we moved. Other than that, there was nothing negative.

The place was great and the room even better. Very comfy beds and you wake up with a great view of Meteora, I think from most or all the rooms. We had the triple room with a huge balcony to sit in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee after breakfast. The people were very friendly, helped us with directions and even gave us great ideas for more locations nearby to explore. Next time I decide to visit I will definitely stay there. The friendliness of the people makes the whole experience more amazing than it already was. Thank you for everything, we will meet again! (Thank you for your suggestion to visit Elati and Pertouli, it was a great idea and we even spent a night there!) Don't hesitate to visit, you will not regret it

Everything, this place is excellent, starting that I was late for checking and they wait for us, and then we ask for some food (we were really hungry) and even been late Anastasia cook for us a nice, homemade lite dinner; incredible delicious. The view is expectacular, and been a family owner business the attention and treatment is unique ... after leave the place I forgot my wallet, with my fly next day and realized the lost 5 hours later away, impossible to return ... incredible they sent my wallet to my home in USA ... really honest people ... thanks Rafaela...

Nothing, everything exceptional.

- Comfortable rooms and massive balcony - Good location with amazing views - Nice places nearby (10 -15 minute walk) to eat and enjoy - We needed to fill our bottle with water and the ladies in the kitchen were very friendly and helpful

- Soundproofing needs some work as in the morning you do not stop hearing doors shutting

We had the privilege of staying in this hotel,in the outstanding apartment, located in close proximity to the Meteora monasteries. It is absolutely superb, nestled in a tranquil area with breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. The apartment is not only spacious and impeccably clean but also features a well-equipped kitchen and incredibly comfortable beds. We wholeheartedly recommend this place; it's the perfect choice for anyone seeking to explore the beauty of Meteora while enjoying the utmost comfort and serenity of this remarkable apartment.

Kind and helpful lady at the reception. We ended up in one of the apartments where the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Great super quiet aircon. Convenient location of the hotel at the foot of the hiking trail to one of the monasteries. Quiet street just a few minutes walk to the lively center. Parking right in front of the property.

The mattress of the double bed: you slipped in the middle.

Good location next to meteora. Pleasant hosts/staff. Room was large with a really large balcony (we had a triple with meteora view and I would recommend this). Breakfast generally nice. Perhaps consider a toaster for the breakfast. Air con good and fridge good. Amazing shower. Traditional taverna literally metres away.

Coffee at breakfast didn't taste so good. The services offered mentions a haircut amongst other things but when I enquired, reference was made to the hair dryer in the room. Probably just language lost in translation but worth a mention. Limited English channels and BBC world in our room didn't work during our stay.
