I always stay here in Gdansk: it is located right beside the train and bus station, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the food and drinks are excellent. The hotel staff are always very helpful and approachable.

Just an aspect of cleanliness: since the room furnishings are all black you can see the dust collecting. Not something that can be avoided altogether, but just give it a wipe if it bothers you. Also, be aware if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the trains coming and going, sometimes tooting their horns.

Superb location at main railway station - perfect for all transport in Gdańsk! Quality, historic building and interior. Beautifully appointed rooms and accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Very good daily housekeeping too. Enjoyed my stay!

Disappointingly noisy on road or city side of property - I would request a higher floor on railway side of property. In-room tech much more than needed and not exactly user-friendly. Noise from function rooms (dragging chairs), and from neighbouring room’s residents in early hours. Unhelpful (and rude in one case) staff in restaurant bar - ordering a beer was too much for them to cope with! Did not bother returning to bar!!! Disappointed in view of the encouragement to use bar, and enjoy the beers, made during check-in.

Best breakfast we have had on our trip. Very good quality and choice. Amazing building next door to the train station and not far from all the highlights of Gdańsk. A special thanks to Pavel at reception for his help.

Comfortable ckean rooms and beds. Front desk staff helpful. Easy walk to old town. Next to the main train station. Heated bathroom floor was nice.

It can be very noisy next to the train station, bus stop and very busy street. Not sure there is a quiet side. Wish there was either a simple continental breakfast included or an ala carte breakfast menu. The buffet was pricey , and as buffets go, much of it was luke warm or dried out. Was craving just some toast, fruit and fresh squeezed juice. Missed having hair conditioner. Only had one combination hair,body and hand gel.

The hotel is very close to the railway station and the tram stop, and also a short walk into the city. It is in a beautiful old building, but the interior is ultra modern. The room we had on the corner of the building had good views in two directions, and was very large. The bed was large, but was of two singles pushed together. There was ample storage and our room had a separate table with two arm chairs. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, and a bottle of fresh water daily. There was a mini fridge containing a mini bar. The flat screen television was large with some English channels. The breakfast room on the ground floor was large with plenty of seating. The restaurant on the lower floor was the same size as the breakfast room, and the food there was excellent. Being a Craft beer brewery, we sampled several of their beers and they were excellent also. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Gdansk. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful.

There was a flight of stairs to reach reception, which if you had limited mobility, are awkward to climb, although there is a chair lift if you are really struggling.

This was a perfect place for us to stay. Award winning remodel of a historic building back in 2017. It is right across from the main train station and also on tram lines. We stayed in a premium room with high ceilings and great furnishings. The bed was amazing!! We had a room away from the busy street and it was quiet. We ate a wonderful breakfast there every morning and also dined in the Craft Beer PG4 restaurant which served delicious food. The best was the helpful, personable staff at the front desk...Paweł and Martyna especially went out of their way to help us with local questions and made us feel like the hotel was our home. I will definitely stay there again if I get the chance.

Nothing...loved everything about our stay.

It was lovely! The Restauraunt was great and the room was fantastic. Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly. It truly is a great place, and if you tend to run cold, it's definitely the place for you. But if you run hot.....

It was HOT. SO HOT. And the lowest we could get the temperature was 19*C. There is a built-in mechanism where if you open the window, the temperature control shuts off. It eventually did get down to 19*C... but we usually sleep in a 15*C room and after a long day of travel, I wasn't super impressed to be kept up by the heat. Amidst this, the gal at the front desk was super helpful and came upstairs to try to sort it out with us and explain how everything worked. But alas, we still had a bit of a heat-disturbed sleep.

- very convenient location depending on your transportation/agenda needs - very nice, clean rooms with very comfortable beds and luxury bathroom (incl. toiletries) - we appreciated the tea and coffee + mugs/kettle :) as well as complimentary water - the sheets and towels were very comfy too - very nice staff :)

- we did not find a way to turn off the AC even with windows open; at night we wanted to disable it and it also wasn't possible - personally we're not big AC fans so that was a small minus, probably wouldn't chose the place for a longer stay because of that - this is specific to the hotel and is both a positive and a negative: because of the proximity to the train station (directly behind it) which is great when you need to take an early train, we could not leave the windows open at night due to the noise. we were not woken up by it in the morning, though :)

The location is stop on. The hotel had a wonderful smell as soon as you enter and at 3 am when checking in the member of staff could not have been more helpful. The room was lovely and spacious. The heated floor in the bathroom was a treat. The beer is definitely worth a try in the restaurant bar. The staff were very nice and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel.

The food wasn't great at the restaurant so I would skip that if revisiting this location. Hubby says the shower could have been warmer as he likes it piping hot but I thought it was a fine temp.

-Location was great, very central (like the name). Great rooms, clean and modern. Great atmosphere. -Loved the architecture of the hotel, both outside and inside.

-We found it difficult to connect to the tv. Only one "app" worked for us. - The service downstairs at the craft beer restaurant wasn't that great. It took a lot of time to get served and the staff took they're time to get our drinks and food. There's were almost no people in the restaurant at that time, so we didn't understand what took so long. All in all, the beer was excellent, but the service wasn't that great.
