Location was very convenient for the purpose of my visit.

The bathroom (shower)was not as clean as it should have been. I had to speak to 3 different people before someone came to clean it. This young lady did a wonderful job. There was no housekeeping done in my room on Sunday, October 5, 2025, and I had to get items from the front desk. The lady there was very helpful. When I checked out Monday morning, October 6, 2025, I was told a receipt would be sent to me by email. I have not received it yet.

The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. The young lady who ran the breakfast buffet did an outstanding job. The hotel was full due to the hurricane but she had her work cut out for her. She definitely exceeded my expectations.

I believe there was a miscalculation when they poured the curb at the corner of the parking lot. There was a gap big enough for an animal or a child to step in and get injured.

Location. Couldn't have ask for a more convenient location for what I needed.

There's not really anything to complain about. There was no milk for breakfast. They were temporarily out that morning. But wasn't a big deal.

Cleanliness and breakfast spread

Booking.com did not send over my “virtual”payment to the hotel, and hotel charged my ccard with $100 deposit + room charge. I had to deal with that at checkout…which was a huge inconvenience.

Staff was excellent and even went above by calling local restaurants and posting their closing times due to the storm.. The lady taking care of breakfast went out of her way to make sure everything was right

Breakfast was better than similar hotels. Thank you for that. Staff was nice.

We were in a noisy location with stomping overheard late evening. Must have been a staff room over us.

I loved the dove soap, shampoo, and lotion. The bed was comfy and everything was very clean.

I wish the breakfast stayed open a little later as check out was at 11am.

Kinks obviously still being worked out. Bathroom fan in first room was way too loud. The air handler in 2nd room was way too loud.
