I had a very pleasant stay at Harmony Hotel. The room felt like a studio apartment—spacious, clean, and comfortable, much better than I expected. The daily cleaning service was excellent; every morning, the room was tidied up and fresh towels were provided. What stood out the most was the staff. The receptionists spoke English well, which made communication smooth, and they were always professional, polite, and ready to help with anything I needed. The housekeeping ladies were also incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Their friendliness truly made the stay feel more welcoming. Overall, I would rate my experience 5 out of 5.

Amazing clean hotel. Beautiful rooms. Amazing staff. This should be a 5 star. Best hotel in HaLong. We even had dinner together! If you are coming to HaLong then you MUST stay here. This is such an amazing hotel in the best location. You have shops, restaurants, beach and amazing scenery all around within 2 minutes walking. Everything you need is here. I will be staying again and recommending to everyone! I love this place and my favourite hotel!

Everything was more than perfect. Zero complaints.

The staff who was working the time I was there was super helpful and nice. I needed a towel for the beach since it was our last day in town and he took me to the store to buy one however, helped I didn’t have enough yen (to pay for it and he offered to help pay, (of course I paid him back). He also brought my mother and I to the hop on and hop off stop and waited with us until the bus arrived. I don’t remember his name but he was super helpful and friendly. Excellent service from the staff. I enjoyed our one night stay. I would definitely come back to stay when i visit again. Thank you for a wonderful experience at the hotel. Coffee place down at the corner serves delicious coffee and as well friendly young staff!

The place is awesome, the staff helpful, and it has a great value.

Even though they were really nice getting me the tour to Halong bay, there were several problems with that tour(that doesn't belong to the hotel) , starting from the rude guide, the staff were not so nice either, they offer a plan but just completed partially, and you have to pay any time you need ices even you pay already over price drinks.

Great location not near the main road, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great value and spacious room

The spring mattress was sliding on the bed frame, the sheets weren't perfectly clean, and the shower hose was little damaged but worked. The smart tv wasn't smart enough so couldn't cast from my phone, and it had only VN channels. These were the only nitpicks I had

Really nice hotel, modern and built up. Staff were helpful and friendly. Booked a day cruise through them which was really good. Lots of little details had been thought of and provided. Good size room, really nice bathroom.

Was a problem with the electric on the floor we were on the evening we arrived, lots of faffing about as we were given multiple rooms to go to that did have electricity, numerous rooms hadn’t been cleaned since the previous people, eventually were given a clean room, then to be told it was fixed so could go back to our original room only for the electricity to go again so had to go back to the previous room, not sure if we were just unlucky or what, other than this it was great.

location is great only 6 minutes walk from a very good corner shop and 11 from a lovely view of HaLong waters.

Bedroom was very big and bathroom clean however on the bed in multiple places were dirty with what looked like either blood or chocolate left on the bed. When our room was ‘cleaned’ whilst out they never replaced the bedding with the dirt on.

The staff were extremely helpful with helping us book different things and giving us food recommendations. Even when they were fully booked they managed to sort us some place comfortable to rest while we waited for our room. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and good shower.

The stay was beyond our expectations. The room were nice and clean. The bathroom was really nice. The staff were very friendly and was very good at helping to find places to eat or recommend and arranger activities. We mostly talked with sung who is the nicest person. The other receptionnist are also great, we just didn't talk so much with them. Overall a really good stay!

I like everything about the hotel , the staff are so nice and friendly , speak very good English anything you need they are here to help you out. Thank you for the stay would highly recommend to anyone who comes to halong bay , there organization our trip for us and made sure we got back to the hotel, very nice staff 😀
