Clean, comfortable room. Desk and shuttle staff were very friendly and helpful. Great selection of movies on the TV. Locked area for long term parking.

Water in shower cycled between too hot and too cold for the duration of the shower.

Next to a hall that had an event going on with loud people and then the people down stairs from us had a party so they were very loud very unpleasant..

Was disappointed in the facilities for a Garden Inn. Because of the location, the facility was surrounded by a fence that was locked.

Looked like an old fashioned motel. It was worn but clean. The staff was friendly.

The location, the high price and low value, you had to call to have the gate opened to leave, the bedding was clean but stained. The floors were sticky. It is very old and outdated. The bottom floor window did not lock, which they fixed promptly. There was no tv remote that adjusted sound (only a roku with no sound button) I didn't like waking up and seeing a big cockroach in the bathroom!

Room was clean and better than expected - not like the photos though. Airport shuttle was on time and helpful.

Floor was sticky underneath the laminate and there was a bad smell outside that crept in. There were screaming children outside and shouting adults into the night and litter everywhere. Didn't venture to look at the pool as was anxious at what I might find. The walls are thin and you can hear... Everything. Reception staff couldn't have cared less about us existing and stared at the CCTV constantly which didn't give us a lot of faith. I didn't sleep a wink because I felt pretty unsafe. Very expensive for what is a motel named an "inn". I don't recommend staying here unless you have no other option.

We arrived at the airport to be told by a rude man in the phone that booking reservation was not confirmed (which I can show that it was). He gave our room away and we were left stranded. I woukd NEVER book here again. You have lost multiple days of business I woukd have brought in. So tacky l
