We have stayed here once a month since March for our own little getaway from home stay-cation and always leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and have not had anything surface to complain about! Check in is always smooth, the receptionists are very nice, the maintenance person who has had to bring extra towels or other needs we ran out of is always friendly, the gals who come to service the room are always friendly too! Even when I see them and ask them for extra coffee or other things I need, they smile back and really make me feel welcomed! We always have breakfast and recently discovered that they serve different items on different days! So much variety of hot and cold items including fruit! The jacuzzi hot tub was awesome too! Over all the hotel is very quiet, no disturbances.

I still wish it were 1st car full price and 2nd car 1/2 price the each additional car after that full price, because it costs us a little over $100 more just for parking. Hopefully y'all think of a way to reduce the parking fee without impacting the room price. Other than that all is always fantastic!

About a 10 minute drive from San Francisco airport, via the shuttle they provide. I stayed overnight for one night, since I had a late arrival and there was no transportation to my house (75 miles away) until the following day. Although opposite highway 101, the rooms are quiet and the heating/air con works just perfectly. Holiday Inn Express always meets or exceeds my standard. In this case, the room was quite a bit larger than their average rooms - it's a budget hotel. The staff were pleasant, the room was clean, and I got a good night's sleep and a very good breakfast. Breakfast is simple but you'll be satisfied: coffee, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, and many other choices.

We live in SF and came here last year and thought it was a really nice place (other than parking fee) Since then, we have been coming 1x a month since Feb 2025 just for weekend get away and have not been disappointed one bit (after getting used to the parking fee we only bring one car) The rooms are clean, the staff who come to clean are very nice and will return if you aren't quite ready. You don't have to ask to get your room cleaned like other places which I really like. The hot tub is really nice and gym is sma but has all the right equipment. The breakfast is AMAZING and have so many options! I learned this time they have pancake mix to make pancakes! Just an amazing place to stay for a couple of days xoxo

I think the only thing I'd recommend is 4 large towels in the room rather than 2, however with the housekeeping stopping by daily it helps with trading out towels. Plus if you ask at front desk they will send so.eon3 up with FRESH WARM towels! Sooo guess no co.pmai is there either!

I am going to be fully transparent, this isn't thee most lavish hotel. HOWEVER, as someone who has never experienced a canceled flight alone, this hotel came at such a convenient moment. I was scared and nervous about where I was going to stay and I booked this hotel because I have (in the past) stayed at a Holiday Inn before. That's the main jist. This hotel doesn't need lavish and expensive soaps or a boujee toilet that sings to you. In my time of crisis, I needed something reliable, inexpensive, and quick. This hotel provided above and beyond for me. Great staff, great breakfast, and a great deal. I was even able to get a shuttle ride the next morning for FREE. You know what you are getting at a Holiday Inn. That is more than I could ask for!!!

I wish they would give more coffee but sometimes its best to wait for that 6 AM breakfast!

I like it the hotel had parking available. The call was it was $21 a day. Also, if you have an electric vehicle, they have a fast charging station total of two. They were always available when you need it. We were traveling with their newborn and they provided a crib at ample space.

I didn't have high expectations for this place; I only chose it because of its proximity to the airport and affordable price. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the room's cleanliness and the bed's comfort. The staff was also extremely friendly and accommodating; they checked me in two hours earlier than usual and allowed me to use the business center in advance so that I could attend all my online meetings. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

Paper plates are not comfortable to use at breakfast, and I desire more variety. The noise level could be a concern for some individuals.

Everything you need in an airport hotel. Free shuttle was perfect both to and from the airport, had to wait around a little bit to be picked up because the shuttle doesn’t start evening pick-ups until 5pm, that was fine though. There are fast food accommodations within walking distance and plenty within 2 miles. They offer snacks in the lobby and the breakfast is decent. Really comfortable beds and got a great start to my trip before heading to SFO.

everything was good could be a lil cheaper but excellent

that you get stuck with a handicap wheelchaitaccesable bathroom & the don't tell you can to not book a non handicap one & or if it is a handicap one you are getting if we have to use handicap one maybe one that is easier for non wheelchair user & & the shower to have a shower door

I stayed at the same brand hotel in San Mateo before, but I didn't expect much from this hotel located in South San Francisco, as I remembered that the building was very old. I was shocked when I checked in and entered the room. !! It's the same brand, but the dimension is completely different!! staff friendliness. The defect in the room was 10 points, but the mattress comfort was so comfortable that I could rest. While going out to go to a nearby supermarket for a while, the woman looked unwell when she saw the couple on the street shaking without a home. I gave them as a gift because I wanted to let them rest for a night. They didn't want to accept it, but they entered the hotel room. I felt more comfortable and grateful for the warmth with tears lol I immediately left the hotel. I hope you have a trip that will leave you with fun and happy memories~~~♡♡♡thank you

The point is that the internet wifi is not secure. And if every room is equipped with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and soap, it will probably be of great help to customers who do not have toiletries on their way to urgent trips or business trips. Just my personal opinion.

Amazing comfy bed. Nice and quiet room. Great shower.

No complimentary water. Only very expensive bottle in room. Shuttle should be 24 hrs a day. The middle of the day people still catch flights. We walked down to the Hilton to their restaurant. If the holiday inn had a restaurant it would be wonderful
