It was authentic off the beaten track small and personal the terrace and swimming pool are a great asset, Sylvia is lovely always on hand and very helpful. The rooms were well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Located in a quiet area

Everywhere is a little tired and dated. We understand that the property had recently changed hands and the previous owners hadn’t kept up with the maintenance. The new owner has great plans but it is difficult to carry out works when the property is fully booked all summer.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Silvia the manager was very helpful and friendly. Lovely surroundings with a nice pool.

Glad we were there on a quiet week as we had the pool and the outside space to ourselves. Potentially could be a bit noisy if lots of people staying as apartment right next to the pool. But for us we had a lovely relaxing time there.

Clean and the colourful decorations made me feel at home, as I too have a splash of colour in my home. It’s good for the soul 😊. Eric was exceptional in his hospitality. And since I didn’t have a car, he offered to drive me. This was my 2nd stay at the villa, and do not hesitate to say that I would be happy to stay there again. The property was being given a facelift when I arrived. This is a good sign that shows the owners take pride in their property. Although I don’t mention Eric’s wife Corinne, I feel to mention that she is also very nice and approachable when she is around. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and support 👌🥰

Liked the location and Erik, is a great, responsive host. The kitchen had all you need included oil, vinaigre,salt & pepper. Spacious bathroom Big terrain, beautiful villa

The terrace is marked as a private terrace, but actually it's the passage way to the other studios/appartements and pool.

I cannot put into words how perfect The Lemon Tree Villa is. I booked this for my sisters hen party and it had everything we needed! Not to mention, the most friendly and hospitable hosts Ive ever had the good pleasure of meeting. They were ready on arrival (which was early), and even offered to take me to the local shops. Corrine and Erik were especially kind and let us check out late on our last day. The apartments are well kept with all the facilities you need, as well as super fast broadband across the entire property. The pool is clean and there are plenty of sun loungers to bask on. The beds are super comfortable and each apartment is equipped with beds, a sofa bed, bath/ shower and kitchen with everything you need in it. Uber is quick and will get you to Faro town for a reasonable price if you’re travelling without a car. Whether you’re booking individual apartments or one big group, this place is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of communal areas, whilst also having the space for privacy if you desire it. I honestly cannot thank Corrine and Erik enough for our weekend away. Not only was The Lemon Tree Villa absolutely beautiful, but they are wonderful hosts who had plenty of knowledge about where to go out, eat or shop. My sister had the best hen party imaginable and it was truly one of the best weekends I’ve ever had. Thank you!!!!

Rooms large and confortable, well designed, simple and efficient. Beds with up matress good quality. Swimming pool very nice. Umbrellas and sunbath chairs all around. Bath towels were furnished, soap and shampoo as well.

Lots of dogs all around barking in the night. Seems like that in all Portugal. Gas stove was limited to 2 instead of 4 and need to be replaced. No tv.

Beautiful property in Moncarapacho in a rural setting. Very peaceful and wonderful staff!

This place is great for family. I’m also considering this place for my next yoga retreat. Erik and Corinne are amazing hosts, and very helpful on all your needs.

I loved the beautiful gardens, spotless room and exceptionally hospitable and accommodating owners! They gave my friend and I a loft to the local supermarket and beyond on two separate occasions!
