Great value and service. The rooms were beautifully renovated. I liked the vinyl plank floors instead of carpet. No breakfast, but the rooms are equipped with microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Friendly reception. Thanks too for loaning us an one scraper!

Cozy chair and ottoman need a little tlc... perhaps some rug shampoo spray. The bathroom and beds were nicely appointed and comfortable. I suggested at the desk that cleaning services works to take care of the new rooms, including attention to base board dusting and microwave tray.

The room was clean, and the young man at check-in was so friendly and accommodating. The price was reasonable, and the location right off the interstate.

The humidity in the room was manageable, but it never really got cold. The washcloths and towels were dingy. They are beyond bleach saving them. New ones needed. The room smelled like cigarette smoke but not bad, considering it was a smoking room. I don't smoke but needed a main floor room. The young man brought me a can of airfreshener to help. But again, the smell was not terrible and I would stay in that room again.

I was very impressed with how clean our room was for the price. I've been to other hotels that were filthy and riddled with bedbugs and other disgusting creepy crawlers.

The location was all alright. It's just a tight squeeze to get into the drive way.

It was 9.30 pm and i just needed a cheap place to stay for the night. I didnt have high expectations because of the low price. I was pleasantly surprised on how nice and clean my room was. The staff was also very nice. I already booked a room for my way back to MN.

It was clean, no bugs and they restock towels daily. They allow pets as well. I didn't bring mine but to be outside and seeing families with their pets was a home environment feeling.

Check in was quick and easy. Got a ground level room with parking right in front. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable. Price was right.

I wish that blankets on the bed were covered with sheets for more cleanliness.

Must have been a smoker room, smelled like stale smoke and air fresheners. I didn’t specify nonsmoking when booking so I can’t blame them though.

The location, price and clean rooms were exactly what I was wanting. They are pet friendly so it was a blessing to finally getting to take my dog with me on this short trip to Harrisonville, Missouri

Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable bed and pillow, and bedding, good location and prices,just right for a quick overnight stay . Lots of restaurants nearby

Remodeled room was awesome!! Great mattress and one of the best pillows ive slept on in a motel!!! We've stayed here multiple times and the updates are great!

Be great if there was breakfast offerings of some kind.
