Nice and clean but were on about a deposit which I paid but they failed to credit this my deposit must be returned. They refused to accept my cashcard or credit card,hence I stopped using FabExpress until.my deposit is returned back to the card used via Booking.cpm

The location of the property is really good… n the staff is very polite…

It’s on 3rd floor … having no lift… soh if you are with kids I l be a little problem .. but if you are a couple or with friends it’s worth it…

great location in the middle of Colaba! Perfect for a 2 or 3 day stay in Mumbai. restaurants around are superb. The manager was great and helped me a lot.

no signs of where exactly the hotel was, also it showed two different addresses on Google Maps and on Booking. One of the staff members was somewhat shady and told me different things than the manager. Very strange.

The rooms were very clean and spacious!! The service by all the wait staff and employees was very very good! Tip: The Hotel can come up with packages including breakfast and dinner or special vouchers for the meals.

Compact sized room (double size bed) with study desk come Dresser come wardrobe, it's value for money. Bathrooms is also compact but neat. Staffs were polite and cooperative. Saw some small sized cockroach in bathroom which needs to be attended monthly by pest control.

One of the best places out here, we were happy to see Gateway of India in just walking distance, Rooms were clean and Hygeinic, Staff is very Helpful and nice Especially Imraan.

Lift should be there, but exceptions being 140 yrs old property

Very helpful staff, good service , friendly environment and price is also pocket friendly. We feel it like we are in home i will suggest this hotel best place.

Very cute place to stay. Well behaved staff and extremely helpful people. The place was cosy and had every facility that we required. I love the fact that it's so close to gateway of India. We had a happy two day stay
