We spent 2 nights in late May. Our requested high room had a good view of the mountains. The room was spacious and well equipped and the 2 queen beds (although potentially high if you are short) and pillows were comfortable. Although no meal option was included in our booking, a very good complimentary breakfast was provided. The hotel is well located downtown and is within easy walking distance of a number of bars/restaurants. Valet car parking is provided - although we did think that c$30 per day was a bit expensive

On our first afternoon, we reported that the room safe was not working but no one came to resolve it during our stay which was rather disappointing.

Breakfast was good with plenty of food and variety available. The downtown location was good and was within walking distance to some restaurants.

I did not like being told about the valet service until after I had checked in and was about to park my vehicle. This was not good, and I consider it a hidden fee, especially when I had to make a snap decision about using the service of finding something else after driving over 700 miles. However, the extra fee for parking/valet service turned out to be a better option for the security of my vehicle, and it offered some peace of mind since I didn't have to worry about no security for my vehicle. Still, the extra fee and "required" onsite parking/valet option should be made abundantly clear to all guests during the booking process. Obviously, you already know that this aggravates a lot of people like me and I will not stay at this location again for these reasons.

This location of this hotel is exceptional, very central to downtown Colorado Springs, and within walking distance of the city and county offices, and many restaurants and bars. It is also right next to the downtown transit center, which was great for me as I visited without a car. The room and common areas were clean, and I thought the facilities were excellent for the price.

We loved the location. It was very walkable. The valet parking was convienent and quick. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast.

We had to ask for sheets for the pull-out bed twice and they were not brought. I finally walked to the lobby to get sheets and extra towels. We didn't have enough toilet paper later in the stay. We had to walk to the lobby to get more (and then wait while they found it.) The first morning we were there no one was working the front desk and we couldn't find anyone to answer questions. We were told the incorrect start time for breakfast and had to wait yet. There were several others also waiting for breakfast, so when it was served it ran out quickly and we had to wait again.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and breakfast were good quality. Valet service staff were an exceptional group of young people the hotel should be very proud of. A note to management: purchase some more luggage carts. This is an obvious gaping hole in an otherwise solid establishment.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our stay continued to change and the departure date was unknown. The staff assisted our family to book our next several nights with ease. The location was very convenient. Next time I stay in Colorado Springs I hope to stay there again.

I loved the location, it had a ton of things around it to eat/ do! be prepared for crazy drivers in Colorado Springs though! I also think the room was very nice, space was clean.

parking kinda sucked, you have to pay for parking no matter what you decide. parking meter / valet / or parking garage.

The hotel was stunning and modern. The room we had was fantastic as far as value, cleanliness, welcoming, and the view was quite spectacular!

The bed was pretty comfortable but somewhat softer than we prefer. The area is great for getting around and walking downtown but the amount of homeless people in the area was daunting. Also, we were not told that housekeeping is on request only and $25.00 a day for parking seemed a bit steep.

Our only problem was accessibility for parking.. our van would not fit in valet parking (and cost very high) and there was no handicap parking available nearby when we arrived.. combined with bad weather this made getting to hotel a challenge in wheelchair,and took 3 trips to get luggage . The staff was helpful when learned of problem.

I got double billed by booking.com and hotel. My stay was double billed. Neither side would refund and I paid 900$ for two nights. Parking is way too expensive as well. Paid twoce for that as well.
