Amazing hotel, service and location. On arrival greeted by wonderful lobby staff to take luggage from car and park your car in the car park. The front desk staff were extremely helpful offering refreshments water and Prosecco. We were able to check into our rooms early with a bottle of Prosecco. Beautiful room with high ceilings and stunning view from the window and diptyque toiletries in the bathroom, everything made you feel at home. We would stay here again without a doubt, and anyone visiting lecce for the first time this made our visit stress free and all round 10/10 hotel.

We loved the bedroom, extremely comfy bed. Gorgeous little terrace with beautiful furniture. The bathroom is pure luxury with Diptyque toiletries, which my wife was delighted with. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. We had dinner on the rooftop bar, we had the 5 course tasting menu with paired wines (and olive oils!) the wait staff explained everything to us in English which we found to be exceptional service. The view of Santa Croce lit up was beautiful. Our car was parked for us and brought back at the requested time. This is a stunning hotel and I was only sad we were there for just one night. We would definitely go back, Lecce is stunning and very lively!

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. We stayed for 9 days and it truly felt like a family and home. The staff, without exception, were great and always ready to help. The entire team was professional, and a special mention goes to Mr. Marino and his staff for their exceptional service. The hotel's location in the center is perfect, with proximity to the most beautiful beach, Mora Mora, with free access from the hotel. The charming ambiance adds to the overall experience. Breakfast was top-notch, making our stay even more delightful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay!

Attention to detail of amenities and staff services. They have really thought of everything. The live harpist at breakfast is a wonderful touch. Beautiful decor, elegant crockery and beddings. The location is perfect and overlooks the beautiful Santa Croche Basilica. Definitely try out the rooftop bar especially at night time. Superb views and surpassingly quite given the central location

Not much to report

The location was excellent, couldn't be better. All the staff, particularly those at the front desk, were invariably friendly and helpful. The car valet service was very good, super convenient, and fairly priced, considering the urban location. Again, given the location in a largely pedestrian area inside the walls of the old city, the hotel provided excellent driving directions. The breakfast provided a tremendous variety and unlimited quantities. The rooftop bar was pleasant, and our room was large.

The bathroom was poorly arranged, with the toilet immediately behind the door, so that a person on the toilet could be hit when another person entered the room. Also, the shower door had an inadequate bottom seal, so that water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, making it very slippery.

Very comfortable hotel with fantastic breakfast and really nice roof terrace. Very clean and most comfortable bed we found over three weeks in Italy.

Staff were not always accommodating eg I asked for an iron and rather that tell me there wasn’t one available it took two days to finally have one sent to our room- and in the end it was a steamer. It was a simple request and if only option was to send out for pressing I would have been fine with that. We also had repairs being done in the room next to ours and was told it was another building and they couldn’t control it- except when we looked on the floor map we saw it was actually another room next to us. Just needlessly complicated interactions for a five star property.

Loved every element of our stay but the stand out is the team; their service is impeccable and exemplary. They couldn’t have done more for us. The available parking is a necessity if you are driving and what came as a very welcome bonus was the concierge service; they handle everything regarding your car. It is a beautiful hotel in an incredible location. There is a complimentary beach club on the coast which was also amazing. The best place I have ever stayed, supported by the team who are polite, friendly, professional, and want to go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend Patria Palace enough.

Great location, friendliest staff! The team really made our stay feel special. Great breakfast with cooked options and variety. The facilities were very clean, great room service as well. We were initially allocated a very small room; after discussing with reception, they moved us to a different room with almost double the space within the same category, which was nice, it's just a bit disappointing we had to ask. The hotel has a partnership with a great beach club on the east coast, which is great and totally worth checking out. We used the hotel transfer during that day and the service was great.

The town square is quite busy, and there was construction going on during our stay (it started very early in the morning). In the final days of our stay, we noticed a strong sewage smell coming from the shower/sink which made staying in the room a bit uncomfortable. 25 euros/day for parking seems truly excessive (especially when parking anywhere else would cost less than a fiver), I'd be more comfortable if this was included in the room price and not paid separately.

Rooms were large and clean and well equipped and updated. We had a great shower, and also a bathtub in the room. There was a balcony door to the small courtyard , but we did not really utilize it. Location was AMAZING, as it right in the middle of everything, and there is a very large beautiful Church right in front of the hotel about 50 -75 steps away. Breakfast was fantastic, great selection , and you could eat inside or outside on small patio area. There is also a small bar off the front lobby where you can order cocktails and drink in the bar or outside on another small patio in the front area facing the church. There are multiple restaurants and bard within literally minutes away, and the service by everyone was first class. Friendly , attentive and very pleasant staff. I would DEFINITELY return and go back to Patria Palace.

We wanted to eat at restaurant at top of hotel , but it was booked both nights we were there unfortunately , Friday and Saturday , but everything was FIRST CLASS !!!

The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the center, close to main attractions. The room and bathroom are of perfect size and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Top notch is service, everyone who works there is extremely polite and helpful.

For breakfast, the hotel could have a toaster. When we asked to heat up a bit our bread it took very long so when it came my tea was cold. They could have less options of cakes/ patisseries but have fresher ones. The hotel could have a policy of not changing towels and sheets every day, upon request.
