Overall it was a very nice & convenient to stay overnight while traveling to Yellowstone. Upon arrival was a little mix up with out online reservation, as the desk clerk could not find it. However she was very polite & handled the mix up very professionally. She was able to give us accommodations & honored the rate as per the confirmation email. The rooms were nice & very clean. As it was just off the Interstate 90 there was not much around but conveniently across the road was a small bar/restaurant called The Howling Dog. The food was good & very affordable. They served breakfast which was good.

The computer mix up about our online reservation was a little disconcerting but it may not have been the fault of the hotel & the receptionist handled it well as I noted.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was good with plenty of healthy options. I would recommend this motel to friends and family and would stay there again when in the area.

The hot tub/ spa wasn't working properly. I have no other concerns.

The staff was truly amazing. Missy and Osiris were very helpful and professional. What a hard working staff. The room were good sized and felt very safe. Easy parking. Lots of food nearby. Easy off and on the highway. Would say for sure if your travel across the United States make sure you hit this stay in Luverne Minnesota. Pool and hot tub to enjoy. Breakfast is great.

The front desk staffer, Benny, took amazing care of me. She went out of her way to correct an error in my booking. Extremely pleased with my stay. Breakfast had a lot of good options. Room was very clean and a good size.

We liked that Luverne had a nice place for us to stay for the weekend.

The two items that needed attention were: The room air conditioning unit put out a stale/musty smell. We needed the air as it was hot during our stay. The breakfast was good but understaffed. We ran out of food and the tables were "syrup sticky: and full of crumbs because they were not maintained during the breakfast hours.

Everything was fine (except ... see next question). Good (warm) breakfast.

No ice machine (but reception provided ice on request), no ice compartment in fridge.

The breakfast provided was ok but would have liked having more options- eggs, sausage.

No bath towels were in room only hand towels. We did not request any due to timing.
