The hotel had a nice view, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The furniture in the room and bathroom was a bit worn, but everything was clean. Breakfast was sufficient, although the same items were served every day. It would have been nice to have a bit of variety, even just one different item. Towels were changed daily, which was great, but it would have been even better if the floors were also vacuumed regularly. Overall, we liked our stay. We chose this hotel because there was no parking problem and it’s located slightly outside the city, which made it peaceful. The cleanliness and location made us happy.

No complimentary items were provided (such as slippers, cotton pads, cotton swabs, etc.). The rooms could use some renovation, but there was absolutely no issue with cleanliness. :)

The place was nice, and worth the money,

The woman who worked at night shift was not friendly, since we arrived late at night and we asked her to bring us a blanket, she refused to bring and told that she can’t help us at this time. She told us that We should ask anything we need tomorrow morning. It was first time ever she give us that kind of answer since I stayed at hotels in all around the world.

View from hotel and some rooms is really nice, Restaurant is cozy and breakfast is good value if you are hungry.

Rooms are a bit dated and there is no BBC, nor any other English-language's channel on the television

Great location and nicely decorated hotel. The staff was very nice and the breakfast buffet was really good, with a lot to choose from. The rooms were cosy and quite isolated from sound. We could hear some music from a wedding party in the evening but it was not disturbing at all. We would definitely book again in the future!

The bathroom was a little bit old in our room and could use some refreshing but that is the only thing I can think of. We had a normal room. Our parents stayed in a much bigger room and their bathroom was very fresh!

I recently stayed at the Delta Hotel in Vlaardingen, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Nieuwe Maas river and the harbor—perfect for anyone who enjoys a unique maritime atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay.

The bathrooms feel a bit outdated and I missed having in-room coffee and tea facilities, which would have been a nice touch given the price point.

View was interesting, watching big vessels go past was a good way to pass the time after a stressful day at work! Food was excellent but wasn't too much to choice from. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help

The Menu was a little short on choice and sadly the location is a little far way from anything interesting to do but the view kind of makes up for it. Did also walk into my room and find about 5-6 mosquito but once i delt with them everything seemed good!

Beautiful views over the Hoek of Holland. The room was large airy very light, and the nautical theme throughout the hotel was lovely. The food in the restaurant was delicious and there were lots of areas to sit and work if needed. Overall and lovely stay at the hotel. Wi-Fi was really good.

It was a little pricey, for the room and for the restaurant. But it was quality. The hot chocolate wasn’t particularly nice.

Staff had difficulties servicing properly on first floor, probably due to construction ongoing causing distrubed workflow. It was mentioned to before making reservation, so no big negative. When making the reservation the employee wrote me that the restaurant was closed for construction on ground floor, but left side (which is my preference) was in fact open when I was at the property. Also, my guests arrived earlier than I did and staff told me no reservation was made under my name which was a bit unfortunate. It all got solved adequately and as all my previous experiences in restaurant, hotel or with one of our events were more than good, nothing to worry about. Just something to pay extra attention to perhaps. I’ll come back for sure.

It was lovely to watch the boats go by whilst having breakfast, the beds were super comfortable and the staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast was really good, it would have been nice to see some variety between days as it was the same breakfast items throughout our 5 day stay. The location is also very accessible, with the motorway less than 5 minutes drive away and the train station 10 minutes walk, it was easy to get in and out of Rotterdam from the hotel.

Not enough plug sockets, none next to the bed so you can't charge your phone whilst in bed.
