The entire institute's staff is described by their hospitality. From the receptionists till the cleaning staff and chief, they all have greeted me politely and happily. Really cleaned the air of any problems and made me, the tourist, feel like I was in an actual vacation. Moreover, the hotel itself had a very neat structure. It has been placed next to a fast food chain and gas station, therefore I didn't need to go far for a quick bite. Last both not least, the culinary services were on point, feeling very well fed after breakfast, with a various of dishes to choose from, including a stand with fruits.

This is not a big issue. However, during the weekends, because of the public transport unavailability, it has been a struggle to travel back and forth. Nevertheless, the hotel grants quite a wide parking lot which I intend to be using in my future arrivals.

For me the location was great has we had our car with us and we were close to family. Also it was good having 24-hour mcdonalds very close for a late night snack

If we didn't have our car with us, it's quite far from rotterdam Central

Breakfast was a bit patchy, a couple of mornings it seemed things had run out and the breakfast lady wasn’t around Also no tissues in the room

The staff is super friendly and ready to answer all your questions! I lost my ring in the room and I realized that only after departing. I called the reception and after 5 minutes I got the feedback that they found my ring and they will have kept safe until I would pick it up. The room is not so bis but quite spacious for spending a couple of nights.

We had check out till 12 but before 12:00 housekeeper came to our room twice, that was annoying and uncomfortable.

The receptionist offered the option to be an Accor member where I would receive the points for this booking. Nevertheless, I received an email notify that is not possible because the booking was not through the Accor website.

The staff were fabulous. The reception staff, the barman Nick and the lovely lady managing the breakfast the breakfast. The breakfast was good, service in the bar and restaurant was excellent. The location was perfect as we were between Rotterdam and the Hague. Also like the plentiful free parking.

The staff were helpful and caring and bent the rules a tiny bit to enable our very early start which was much appreciated. The room was light and airy and the bed comfortable

The hotel was not well positioned for public transport either from Rotterdam or to the Ferry at Hoek of Holland. The wardrobe was very small.
