Excellent location when you have an early or late flight. Our bed wasn't clean. We complained, showed pictures and got a new room. The manager was really nice and helpful. We even got an upgrade.

The rooms were hot while there is air conditioning. Both rooms we got weren't clean. The staff would take this up with housekeeping. The first room (not an upgrade) didn't have simple things like an fridge. It's an airport hotel, don't expect anything fancy.

The hotel is good. Nothing special but a place to spend a night. The room was clean but tired. The bathroom - very clean, looks renovated. There are a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine in the room. The breakfast is OK (standard).

It was not possible to close the window well, because of the old lock. The area is very noisy in the morning due to the airport runway vicinity.

The staff were great. Food was fantastic. The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. Television options were plentiful. Coffee pod machine was a great touch. An incredible view of the garden was nice to wake up to. Great value for money. We left another hotel to come here because the previous was filthy and we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel as it was a cheaper option and 10 times better. Thank you

Happy with everything

I appreciated the size of the rooms, the fact that the parking lot was in the same location and had excellent security, and how polite some of the staff were towards us.

There was one colleague that didn't want to open the front door as we arrived to the hotel 30mins late even though I called prior and said we will only be arriving at 5am as we are driving down from London. I booked a day extra on Thursday just so we can check in on Friday at 5am. As a first impression this wasn't great.

Needed a hotel for an evening out in the city. This hotel was a good choice for price. Free parking too There is a bus to Central Station at the end of the driveway. 9 stops and you are in the city. Perfect! Rooms are basic but clean with a good shower and beds. Staff were warm.

It's very "green" Carpets, walls, furniture..everything 🫣

All I needed was a good clean hotel. Nothing Pretentious and it met what I was looking for

Confusion from Booking.com !!! I asked for early check in 09.00 and was advised cost was total of EUR 5.00 . But it was PER HOUR which was not stipulated . The Hotel honored the rate given by booking.com. Cudos to them. Also they seemed unaware of the request and indicated Booking .com seem to indicate available but follow through with Hotel seems to be lacking ?

The room was a good size and it was painted in orange color. I found the bed comfortably enough and the room was quite clean. It's next to the airport which I think it was very convenient. There is a bus stop a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, that takes you to downtown Rotterdam.

If I have to say something, maybe the front desk people could be a little more friendly and smile a little. they seemed so serious and not wanting to talk. Oh well, maybe If I have to find something!

Great staff Clean and very convienently located. I stay here frequently for work amd always in one of their deluxe king rooms.

Some of the rooms have uncomfortable amd worn out matrasses even had one with a huge hole in the middle and anotjer that consisted of two twin beds with a single very thin topper and non working fridges. Breakfast is great but for the pricing i expected it to be slightly bigger option wise.

staff was friendly, warm welcome, no problem getting into our room. Room was very clean as well as the toilets. Toiletries provided, and good water pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows. We had a quiet stay, even when the windows were open. Little notes in bathroom and bedroom were a nice touch.

It has good warm lighting but I could use brighter lighting.

I booked a night at Amrath because we could walk across the road from the airport after a late arrival from corsica. The room has a slightly corporate feel but the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with a great shower. I loved the setting as it's surrounded by trees. The dining room is beautiful with a lovely terrace and the breakfast was superb. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The bedrooms are a bit "clinical"
